BiggieSwolls (Steroidology): Its great to have a chance to sit down and talk to you Mr. Universe. I guess my first question is how did UniversalKits.com get started and how exactly did the formation come about?
Mr. Universe (Universal Kits): Well to make long story short, I used to work for a large company above a small training studio here in Tampa. A personal trainer there had just begun working for a start up on the side that is probably the biggest in the business today. He trained with a friend of mine who told me about the business and after a little research I got started with a few products and evolved into the
www.universalkits.com we know today.
BS: Your particular industry has grown by leaps and bounds over the past couple years, the competition is fierce. How does Universal Kits set themselves apart from the competition?
M.U: For starters I never worry about the competition and try to never step on toes or burn bridges. I have nothing but the highest respect for my competitors and am friends with a few, we help each other out when we can and watch each others backs. As far as setting ourselves apart we try to constantly add products that meet the demand of our valued customers and are always open to suggestions. We never question a customer and will refund if they are dissatisfied, our customers are the most important part of our business and no one can argue that.
BS: I'm hearing lots of hype about this P-GH stuff that your company came out with not too long ago, can you tell me about it?
M.U: Definitely, P-GH is a growth hormone precursor made up of the following ingredients: Amino acid growth hormone peptide bonds; 4-aminobutyric acid (GABA), 7-amino-8-hydroxbutyric acid (GABOB), acetylglutamine. This is an amino based product which via a process not disclosed to us synergize and stimulate the pituitary gland to produce growth hormone like no other product out there. We picked it up because based on the suggestion of a friend that works for company that created it. He told me about the product and results people were having in trials, I agreed to give away fifty kits to see what kind of feedback we would receive. I wasn't going to invest in a "too good to be true" product and I am still picking my jaw up off the floor when I read the emails and posts by all the people that have tried the product male and female. Everyone experiences sleep that I can only describe as enjoyable, the way you enjoyed sleep as a kid around puberty. It definitely effects and enhances your sense of well being almost immediately which is key to reducing the sides associated with extreme supplementation. The muscle hardness, vascularity and body fat reduction come a little later after about two weeks and are more significant the leaner you are.. obviously. We are fortunate to have exclusivity to the resale of the product and have started setting up resellers so it's just a matter of time before the product has the exposure its due.
BS: Ok, so that's what P-GH is. Well then what is the deal with this OMNIVEX stuff that I'm hearing about?
M.U: OMNIVEX is simply a blend of five pro-hormones: 1 AD, 5 ALPHA DIOL, 1,4 ADD, 4 DIOL, 19 DIOL. It is quite potent and results have been fantastic but vary from person to person as with anything. The average person will gain 5-10lbs on a cycle with some reporting crazy numbers like 15-20lbs. There is a reason why this product will soon be illegal as with the rest of or pro-hormones.
BS: I was at your website the other day and was quite impressed with your selection of Pro-Hormones. With the Pro-Hormone ban coming into effect this year, how will that effect Universal Kits?
M.U: Unfortunately things come and go in this business but supplements and grey area products have been selling for decades so there will always be something to offer. Most of us will buy what's available because in most cases a good, reliable source is hard to find and often risky. That is why the kits have been and probably always will be the foundation of this business.
BS: Lately I haven't had the time to converse with the members like I used to in the Anabolic Forum at Steroidology, so obviously I'm not up to speed with the whole Methyl 1 Test craze. I noticed that Universal Kits is selling Methyl 1 Test, can you bring me up to speed on this stuff?
M.U: M1T is insane and undoubtedly the most powerful over the counter product I have ever seen or tried. I am using the product currently and will definitely use it again, I haven't experienced any of the negative side effects yet but have only been on it a week. I plan to be off in twenty days total but in the meantime myself and those that have tried it love the pumps in the gym the fullness in your muscles kept throughout the day. The very first day on the product libido went through the roof which comes from none other than raised test levels. I don't recommend anyone use more than 20mg per day as that seems to upset the stomach. M1T is a product everyone has to try for themselves.
BS: Since the day Universal Kits agreed to sponsor Steroidology.com, I have watch you guys grow and grow, not ever seeing a complaint on the boards. I just saw that you guys are now selling Finaderm and Whey Protein, do you have any more additions in mind?
M.U: Whey protein is a must have for anyone in the business and we have ours made for us the flavors are great and the sugar I very low. FINADERM is an outstanding product and we have sold at least twenty kits since we picked it up a couple of months ago with out a single complaint... So I guess it works. We were approached by the guys at FINADERM and were sold immediately, their transdermal delivery system is better than anything we have ever seen. If someone is administering a lot of "supplements" and they want to make themselves a little more comfortable FINADERM is a great addition without losing uptake of product.
BS: Maybe I'm getting a bit off track here, but I notice that your particular industry focuses a lot of attention to gaining the members of the community's trust. Theres no point naming names here, but all over Steroidology in the last couple months has been posts about certain kit/research companies basically scamming customers. I mean, people were ordering from these sites and their money was being taken but they would never receive product? Just recently I saw a thread on another board where one of these companies basically just said that they wont be giving refunds and if the customer wants the money back, they have to call up their credit card company and request a chargeback. Here you are at Universal Kits, making sure orders are going out the same day and these other companies are bringing you down because they are making the whole industry look like a scam. How do you feel about that?
M.U: I can't feel anything but disappointment and without naming names I think I know who you're referring to and we are in the same town. Indirectly they were the reason I got into the business, it was the little guy behind the guy running things that told my friend all about the business. That same guy from what I've heard was treated quite poorly even though he ran every aspect of the business and once he left the business went down hill and has never recovered. I admire my competitors that run a tight ship and never let their customers go unsatisfied, there is no reason to be unprofessional or rude. The customer is the most important part of any business, even if it's a young cat that doesn't know his ass from his elbow about business but feels he has every right to tell you how to run yours. Sometimes that can be a little stressful but if he or she has given me their hard earned money then I will give them as much respect as anyone else.
BS: Universal Kits, up until recently, sold Research Chemicals for research purposes only. The recent crackdown on these types of companies led you to drop Research Chemicals from your product line. What are your thoughts with regards to some of your former Research Chemical competitors staying in the industry and ignoring the recent pressure put on them by law enforcement?
M.U: Quite simply although the research chemicals were about fifty percent of our revenues I don't feel it's worth the potential trouble. No matter what loophole we have been exploiting up until this point everything catches up with you eventually. I can't imagine trying to explain to a jury of half intelligent people that the chemicals sold with undeniable body building applications were for research purposes only unlike the other products on my site. Kits are for the conversion of "hormones" and everything else on the site I for "oral use only"... these I would argue until I'm blue in the face.
BS: Well, summer is coming and now that you're not carrying chemicals like Clenbuterol and ephedrine has been banned, what thermogenics products (or fat burning products) will you be carrying if any?
M.U: We actually have been carrying an outstanding product called Adrenalin but its main ingredient Pinoyella is a derivative of ephedrine and banned as well. We do carry caffeine the original thermogenics and soon will have a few other unique and effective products available.
