Wrong order

Ordered some pins from rui, shipping was fast but the pins were the wrong size. I emailed them this weekend, haven't heard back since there customer service is Monday-Friday. Not too concerned about the mixup, but was wondering if this happened to anyone before, and if so if they're good about fixing the error.

Have never had an issue over the last few years, and use them alot.

It's NOT common to happen. but there Customer service is good, so I'm sure you will be helped asap.
