    i used to rep for AppNut and i do not like all of their stuff, but HGHup a is one of the supplements i do like. that and IGF 2 are the only HGH boosters i will take.

    Well i'll be damned! Guess my friend experienced some hardcore placebo He forgets that factors such as what he eats/how he trains could effect him too. Well thanks for this thread man, i'll have to steer clear of it. Maybe it works for few and not so much for others? Most of the stuff is a flip-of-the-coin it sucks!

    ive had a few good cuts with HGHup. IGF 2 is still my favorite on the market though.
