Figure I'd share these. This was me at a local show last year. SuperHeavy 236lbs. Won 1st place in my class and second place Masters.

I just turned 40. That year I competed in the Worlds Gym Bench press contest super heavy. Won my class and over all lifter. Was a raw bench no shirt allowed.

I'm good bro, older, well shit that is about it lol Not much wiser or wealthier. Looking forward to geting my AARP card next year.

I saw where you guys came out with a new product to release HGH for the researchers subjects. Looks very promising and I'm sure you will be testing on your own animals also. Can't wait for the feedback on it

I sure can. I ran the Keto diet and implemented MCT oil on all my food. I cut out protein supplements and ate Fish, chicken, and turkey for the last four weeks. I would drink metamucil several times a day for my fiber. Drank obviously distilled water several gallons a day. I would run 5-6 days no carbs and eat one carb meal of anything I want on day 7.

oh and I should add I ate almond nuts sometimes through out the day just to munch on. Sometimes a handful before a work out.

You look good for 40 but that's still in your prime. I'm 34 but a couple of my buddies are just getting active competing at 40. Well they've been around a while but seems like they are getting better with age.
