Also what can I work on at the gym, besides abs lol I don't do those till a month from summer when I'm cutting!

jonk you changed yours to a higher percent lol...Maybe I shouldn't have taken the pic in the dark and should have shaved cause I have never ever been told my body fat is above 10 lol...All this means is I will consider myself 16 and bust my butt thanks for the feedback! I was 180 with 6.5 percent bodyfat and I now weight 220 I'm suprised my body fat went up so high oh well gotta cut 10lbs I feel way to big, hard to breath!

thatll happen bro...the labored breathing with the jump in weight..dont know if you using or not...EQ and Tren with fuck with your stamina and breathing as well
