Default Hey Im New

Hey everyone I am 25 Years Old between 6'3 & 6'4 and 225lbs I used to weigh 258lbs but been working out and got me down to this, how much body fat do you guy's think I have ?

I have yet to use any steroid and I can get a hold of it pretty easy I just need a little push in the right direction so I know what to get without spending a arm and leg becuase my pockets are not deep !

id say about 25 or more ..make sure u stay constant intense and eat good so u can start building muscle

Oh I am building the muscle ....I have been working out since January of this year ! I am able to lift 100lbs more than I did in January which I am happy about ....I would like my size to get alot bigger and ripped at the same time .

People that know me and what I used to look like are all wows when they see me ....which makes me feel great compaired to what I did look like

but still need the much needed info guy's !

Good Start. Whats your diet like? Are you eating? Juice is not the answer to getting bigger. Get your diet and routine and check and when you are ready for the needle you will know....

Post up your diet and routine lets start there.

oh god ....diet umm no breakfest .... lunch is usually subway or some fast food but I usually get either tuna or chicken , dinner is about the same I don't eat as healthy as I should and I know it ...I don't really drink sodas more sweet tea and water for me ! I should eat more fruits and stuff I know but it's so hard for me to stick to it !

My work out is Mondays Arms and Abs , Wednesday Chest and Back , thursday I do about 1 hour cardio & abs ,and friday I do legs

I don't use any protien shakes or creatiene


I know this is not the best but its worked and helped me lose 30lbs



im all ears ....and your not going to hurt my feelings so blast away

I think you have a solid foundation bro, and judging from where u were 7 months ago Id say u have made a hell of a progress ridding yourself of 33 lbs. Keep up the good work!

I think you should drop a few % more in bf but I wouldnt say you are 25% more like 18-20%. Then you should start focusing on adding that creatine and protein and start eating more and healthier so u can run a clean bulk routine and add some serious mass.

Yah well your diet is shit. if you want to go to the next level get your diet in check. Even if you do push gear you will not see the results you achieve or derserve. Work on the diet I think its great you have lost as much as you have but you will level off soon so get the protien up the fat intake down and cut out the sugar.

thanks guy's ...and yeah I know my diet is shit lol !

So which Protine should I use I read in magazines but they all make them seem like they are the best but I want to know from people who have actually used , tested and found out which is better for them. Also with the creatine .....

So I guess It should go this route before using the real shit .

I am trying to cut the surgar and eat better but it's just so damn hard to do it but I am getting there . Im drinking more water than ever and tea , I don't drink soft drinks much anymore ! Grilled chicken , wheat bread , oatmeal , egg whites , turkey ect , veggies , fruits ect... so I am working on it !
