So which Protine should I use I read in magazines but they all make them seem like they are the best but I want to know from people who have actually used , tested and found out which is better for them. Also with the creatine .....
So I guess It should go this route before using the real shit .
I am trying to cut the surgar and eat better but it's just so damn hard to do it but I am getting there . Im drinking more water than ever and tea , I don't drink soft drinks much anymore ! Grilled chicken , wheat bread , oatmeal , egg whites , turkey ect , veggies , fruits ect... so I am working on it !
