thanks. it's probably the fact that i'm turning my body to get the remote to point at the camera..lol
the new program is a secret..  a nice collage of all the mainstream programs with emphasis on hitting the the fast and slow twitch fibers with the proper resistance.

i don't know any poses...i just needed something for progression purposes. All cold, no workouts for two days, no pump. I need more size...everywhere.
