Looking tight kid666. I hope I look that good in 10 yrs at your old age lol.
Do you stay on a pretty clean diet all yr round cas you look pretty lean? Which is what I am looking for but thats my diet.. I give in to all food.. Also your trt does that mean you are just going to hit 100mg/wk until you start up again? I was always under the impression you needed a little more mg/wk for a maintanence dose. Have you run that dose before and it does the job?
Being about a month off do you notice any strength loss or weight loss or has it been pretty stable?

usually 230 is the highest weight i can feel "comfortable" at.. any higher i start feeling like shit..breathing gets labored,stamina lowers ,etc...

i try to always eat healthy all year round..by no means would i say its a strict clean diet like these dudes who compete.. i eat healthy,work out and hit my cardio 4 days/wk...but if my ass craves a pizza,then i go out and eat a pizza...yeah bro,when im off i just hit 100mg/wk of test till i start up again..really no pct for me..my nuts stopped producing natural test years ago..i already have my kids so im cool with it..

At my age and i already have my kids i cruise at a higher dose then the standard trt dose...

Id like to get around 250lbs..im roughly 5ft 11 so thats alot of weight on my frame..
but well see how it goes...as my weight goes up my endurance and stamina go way down...but i still try to run cardio

Honestly i dont know my bf..id say 15%...yeah i still do cardio..4 days a week @ 5am before work ill either treadmill or hit the bike for 20min...but thats it.............
