Default Jrod's TestE/EQ Log

Hey fellas,
I am new to this board, only been here a few weeks and love the info here. This log will be following my 10 week Test E/EQ/Prov. Here are my stats:
Age: 25
Height: 6'1
Weight: 200-205
Lifting Stats:
Bench-275
Squat-295-I know sad, used to be 405 until I tore the ligaments in my ankle. Played college football for a year.
Dead-350
Cycle experience: 2nd cycle
My first cycle was Primobolan Depot 400mgs/wk for 12 weeks. Winny 50mg eod for last 8 weeks. I gained about 10lbs. Lean Mass.
Dosing: Test E-500mg/wk split into two doses Mon/Thurs.
EQ-400mg/wk split into two doses Mon/Thurs.
Proviron: 50mg/day weeks 5-10
PCT:Nolvadex for six weeks running at 40mg/day for first week.
Then 20mg/day for final 4 weeks.
As far as the PCT, I am a member of another board and this is a PCT protocal people say is most effective. I will get some HCG and Clomid for just in case. Also, I am trying to decide if I want to get some liquidex or use some novla for bloat and gyno.

My workout will be as follows:
Monday: Back
Tues: Chest
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Shoulders
Fri: Off
Sat: Arms
Sun: Off

I am a creature of habit so my meals will be as follows:
Breakfast: Proteing shake. 600 cals/50g protein/70g carbs/17g fat
Snack: Cottage Cheese/22grams proteing and protein bar/30g protein
Lunch: Tuna sandwich 2 cans/ 60g/protein
Snack: Protein bar/30g protein
Workout: 7 grams/ BCAA's PReworkout
PWO: 50g/whey protein/7g BCAA's
Dinner: Two chicken breasts/Green beans/Sweet potatoe
Bed: 40grams/casien protein shake.

I am shooting for 3000/3500 cals a day. I would like to be around 215-220 by the time my cycle ends.
Strength goals:
Bench: 315 for 1 rep/ 275 for 4 reps
Squat: 350 for 1 rep/ 300 for 4 reps
Dead: 405 for 1 rep/ 350 for 4 reps

I think posting this will help me track my progress better. I hope to have some people follow my log. I've enjoyed reading Outlaws and a few other people's logs. Can't wait to start!

Default 1st. Inject

Yesterday I received my gear and did my first inject. It has been awhile since I first injected and for some reason, I was shaking like a bitch! I had to set the Test Amp down and really concentrate on not skaking. All went well. I shot in my right glute. My next shot will be friday. I think i'm going to shoot in my left delt. As for my workout, I did chest and had a good pump. I know its probably the placebo effect this early on, but man, I was focused and intense. Here was my routine:
Incline bench: 5 sets 185x6
Flat bench: 4 sets 185x8
Flatbench flyes: 4 sets 40x12
Cable flyes: 4 sets 100x12
Iso-Incline Bench: 90x12 30 sec. rest between sets.
Abs

I am focusing on doing incline bech first in my routine to target my weak upper chest. I've read for maximum delevopment of you chest, Incline bench is important. Overall, I felt great yesterday. Maybe that was first shot euphoria, but I love it. Today will be Squats.

I will weigh my self next monday. I weighed in yesterday at 203. I'll keep you guys posted.

Run HCG During your cycle. Trust me, 300iu 2x a week and it has literally stopped all testicular atrophy for me and allowed me to have a fully developed sex drive after I stopped cycling...it's great stuff man.

Oh, and we use the same PCT protocol here, except we say 4 weeks to start and go for as long as you need to get your sex drive back.

I'll take any help I can get. Bench has ALWAYS been my weakest body part. What do you recommend?

Default Day 2

Wednesday was leg day. I started out doing squats but had a shooting pain in my right leg, near the hip flexor. So, after doing a couple in pain, I went over to the leg press machine. That seemed to lessen the uncomfortableness. I did 6 sets 4plates for 15, 6 plates for 12 8 plates for 10x4. My leg was feeling good after that so I did front squats for 4 sets of 10 with 155lbs. My quads were nice and pumped after that. After that I did some standing calf raises. Not boasting but I'm blessed with nice calves without even working them out. THen did 3 sets of leg extensions and finished with 4 sets of 12 doing barbell lunges. Overall great workout! Great energy, felt strong, didn't get winded as usual doing legs. I can't wait till I do my next shot!!! Today is shoulders. Diet has been good. I've noticed my appetite has been a bit more lately. When I'm eating, I see nutrients, not chicken, you know what I mean?!? Eating for growth!

Default Days 3,4,5

Hey fellas,
Man, i've been busy as of late and haven't been able to get on here. I wanted to give everyone an update as to how my cycle is going. So, today, Tuesday, I start my second week on. I had a good first week. My training was good, major lifts such as dead, bench and squat were all good. Diet was ok, there is room for improvement. I ran out of meat Saturday and was lazy on sunday and didn't get enough food that day. But that changed, I went out and bought a lot of chicken. so i'm going to really focus on that, as that will be the biggest factor in me achieving my goals. On a good note, I weighed myself yesterday and was 211!!! I'm happy with that as when I started, I weighed 205. I don't seem to be carrying that much water either. Atleast not subcontaneously, but more in my muscles. I'm anticipating for my test to start kicking in, and really packing on the pounds. On another note, I went to a local tattoo shop and am getting a new tattoo on my right arm. I'm getting a phoenix. I'm pretty excited as I am addicted to body art. This will be my third tat. Any other bro's tatted up? I am getting half sleeved. I'll take pics when its done and post them on here. I'll keep everyone posted as too my training this week.

Default Week 4

WOW!! I haven't been able to post on my log in awhile. I apologize for that. Let me give you guys an update. Today is week 4 of my Test/EQ cycle. I started my cycle weighing 200lbs. and I am up to 213 lbs. I am happy with that. I don't seem to be retaining too much water, which I am happy with as well. My strenght gauge is Bench, Squat and Deadlift. My goal each week is to increase the weight 5-10lbs. Last week, I was able to get my flat bench 275lbs. twice. I was very happy with that. My deadlift was 350 for 4 and Squat was 275lbs. for 6. My squat sucked cock last week because I have been getting a pain in my upper right Quad, near the hip flexor. The lower I go on squats, the more it hurts. It feels better when I squat closer than shoulder width apart. This week, I am going to shoot for a 285 bench for 2, Deadlift of 365 for 4 and Squat 300 for 6. My diet has been doing good, although today I forgot to drink my protein shake, (late for work) which pissed me off! I'll keep you guys poster better.
