Updates. Well life has got in the way a LOT lately. Between being arrested, school, then going through a "natural disaster" here in great old western NY - its been tough to find the time to get a good fucking week in. Im doing well though, gained some size and bloat.
As for a mass cycle, just keep it simple.

Skar - Just pulled 545 for a single today, no problemo. Going for 600 soon.
outlaw - Im on a meal by meal diet. It sucks bigtime, I can tell you what I aim for though.
400-450g protein
300-350g carbs
150g fats
Around 4500 calories top end (good day). HINT: I almost never have a good day.

I get in 250g from whey, and the rest from meat/eggs. Split it up how you like.
It isnt THAT hard, you just have to be awake most of the day. The more time you have during your day, the more oportunities you have to eat.
At 7 meals a day, thats only like 65g protein per meal. I get 85g at breakfast alone, 60g post workout, and another 80g before bed. That leaves me with only 225g for the day. Easy.
Skar - It will be taped for sure. Ive bombed out before so Im kinda worried about failing again but oh well. Look for it on IA's in 1 week. Coming in at 5'9 203lbs, 9% bf or lower.
