So I wanted to post my gains so far and see what some of the other guys on here think. I started about 7 weeks ago, dbol 45mg/day for 5 weeks and test e 500mg/week and like I said I am currently finishing week 7. I thus far have gained 16lbs going from an even 200 and actually losing a few lbs during the first few days to 216 as of today. I was actually 218 during the last week of dbol but I decided to cut out a lot of carbs and lose the water weight a little early. I was at 16ish%bf when I started and now am at 17%. Eating fairly clean but still get some high cal junk in from time to time but not more than 1 or 2 times a week. Just curious what some more experienced members think so far and am open to any advice (good advice). I don't eat as much as what the numbers say I should unless I suck and counting macros but I am obviously gaining. Anyway thanks.
