    Default Pinning the quads
    I have always pinned my glutes with a 1.5 incher. Can I use a 1.5 on my quads or is it too long?

    I guess you could but why? 1 inch is definitely fine unless you have abnormally fat thighs. haha i've heard that some guys(more lean) can even use .5 inch on quads. i wouldn't though. 1 inch 23g seems to work perfect for me.

    hi jan, i think that is too long a 1 inch will be good plus ur on the wrong section

    Wouldn't you know it I just ordered 50 new pins from RUI 1.5. OPh well as cheap as RUI prices are !'ll just get some 1 inchers.

    I kinda feel like if you have that much fat that you need a 1.5 inch needle, you probably should re-evaluate whether or not you're ready for gear. The only exception to that would probably be powerlifters.

    I just started with .5" in the quads, and everything went better than expected.
