why am i still losing weight ??
ok, i did my first test E cycle. started it 4-19-12, weighed 220 pounds, 6'1" 29 years old.
I did a twelve week cycle overall. in the middle of it I was about 230. not lean at all, but i was up there in size and bulk. then I started doing 3X as much cardio.
somewhere in there i got VERY sick. terrible cold. add 14 hour work days to that.
my last injection was 7-9-12. I was 224 pounds on 7-2-12
I just got my clomid and Nolvadex Saturday ( two days ago )
So, about a week ago I noticed I was 215 pounds and thought damn, oh well. but this morning I was **** 207.8***** and im actually really concerned. What the hell is going on ?!?
im not starving, i havent had time for cardio in weeks, I havent weighed this little in years..... i look leaner and less fatty but... did this test cycle make my body go into fat burn overdrive ? I started creatine a few days ago to try to keep some of the weight I still have left

If you don't have a solid PCT plan (diet, SERM, routine) then you'll lose the gains you made during the cycle.
-
most of that weight gain could have been bloat and now it's all going away. it also could be you're not eating as much as you think you are. i don't always go by what the scale says but by what the mirror says.

Track what you eat man, only way to lose weight is not eat enough. More muscle is more food plain and simple
-
Well if your doing tons of cardio and not eating right you can start to go catabolic. Specially in PCT but alot of its prob water weight.

Eat more and what source did you use for your clomid/nolva? Have you lost any strength that you gained on cycle?

got the clomid / nolva from RUI and started it on saturday. probably 2 days later than I should have.
I cant say ive seen any "strength" loss, as in over all power. i might have less endurance to do less reps, but, for a week and a half my joints KILLED me. I think it was joint pain, not muscle pain or weakness stopping me from getting in the workouts i use to.
something I forgot to mention, about 4-6 weeks ago i probably cut about 75% of my sugar intake out of my diet. I cant believe how much sugar was in Gatorade.
ok, so maybe I burned off more fat than I thought I did and that dropped me to 215, and ive lost the remaining water weight dropping me to the 208/210 zone ?

How much salt is in your snacks? Do you drink a lot of coffee or take a lot of caffeine, theyre diuretics and will cause your weight to fluctuate due to them drawing water out. I went through that before giving up caffeine?
Just to clarify salt will retain water, caffeine will draw it out.

by snacks I guess i could say- typically- apples, bananas, beef jerky, string cheese, and maybe a burger or bratwurst from the gas station.
i do not drink coffee, and any caffeine drinks I have are usually sugar free- like the rockstar recovery. i use seasoning salt when I grill chicken or steaks. but i do not *think* ( key word, think ) my diet is high in sodium.
thanks for asking though.
im wondering if the concern of weight drop wasnt such a concern at all, maybe just a fluke, but im willing to bet im down to 208 again tomorrow morning.
my goal was to be a fairly lean 220 pounds. but life, flu, work killed my last three weeks of the cycle, and workouts after the cycle.
