New user, just have a couple questions

I am 5'10, and 185 pounds. I don't know my bodyfat percentage, however I do have some chub on my stomach and thighs. I recently have bought a 10ml bottle of Test400, 10ml of Trenbolone and 25mg of Nolvadex. My friend said I should run the test at 2ml per week, split between 1ml on one day and 1ml 3 days after that shot. He said I should run test for 2 weeks then start doing 1ml of tren with each test shot. Does this seem about right for a new user?
Also, he said I should be taking 1 pill of Nolvadex every day during my whole cycle, up to 2 weeks after last injection. Just wondering if this is the case, or if I should not be taking the Nolvadex quite yet?

Just wondering what the best diet would be for me too? I am looking at shedding fat, but also putting on a good amount of muscle. I'd like to be bigger, just with less the fat.

Bro, you need to do some more research.. Don't touch the tren for a while, test only for first cycle and no to the nolva, you need an AI. Read up on this stuff before you start and screw your self, do not take your "friends" advice. Also check out the diet section, there is alot of great stuff there, Your diet needs to be in check before you play with gear

800mg is way too much. Maybe .50cc twice a week.
