19 yrs old, 210 lbs 5'10 11% percent bf. Lifting for 4 years. Bodybuilding for a year.
Running 25 Mg of Dbol before i lift for 6 weeks.
While doing test C 400mg for 12 weeks every 4 days.
Then Nolva for the Pct
Lifting routine is 4 day split. 3 days on one day off. But i cycle 4-6 reps on the first 3 days and then next 3 days are 12-15 reps.
Legs and shoulders(traps)
Back and Bi
Chest and Tri
Off(abs and cardio)
For cardio i just do 35 min of treadmill work in the morning.
Ive never counted calories. Maybe i should change that. I was taught to count macros and those are 325g of protien from chicken, tuna, ground turkey and pwo shake only. 250g of carbs from rice/oatmal and pwo only. And 80g of fat from penutbutter or almonds. So bassicaly i dont figure in the fats and protein in my oatmeal.
I find myself gain fat very easily when i did it naturally. Will adjust carbs and fats every week depending on what I see in the mirror and pictures not the scale.
Any reccomendations would be greatly appreciated!
