    Exactly FF...The final 4 weeks out of my last show I was pushing about 7 hours daily at the gym broken down in to three sessions. Very difficult...and a VERY self centered sport. One last one for me....Going out in style !!

    Your taking that amount of test and tren daily? thats well over 3g of just test. also how can you pin that all. your goign to develop steril absesses unless you got like 15 spots
    I think you need to toen it down, even if it is still high like:

    500mg trene ew wk1-12
    1g teste ew wk1-14
    orals only 6-8wks long
    if oyu need more test add somethign to free some up like proviron or maste

    Never had an abscess bro ! I rotate GEAR from my right to left shoulder...right ass cheek to left...right quad to left...and then finally my right tear drop to my left one...

    I pin each spot once every eight days...so not an issue.

    The PEP's and GH needles are so small they don't make a difference !

    PS....we have a pro in town that I KNOW is pinning about 17000 mg's per week ...now THAT is insane !!

    You know you are hardcore when you need to start pinning lats, chest and calfs. Obviously I don't think Kentucky is saying these levels are for everybody. I know I would be howling at the moon with all that

    I've done the chest with GEAR...it fucking hurt...3cc's one side...3cc's the other...one sitting...two shots.

    It was like I had done the widest dumbbell flies in recorded time. Never again will I do that.

    As for calves...it doesn't hurt that bad.

    Lats ? bwahahhahah...if I could reach across my chest and touch my lat that would be a great day LMFAO. That won't happen though

    Hi I'm stuck on ur log bro! U look official but ur legs look crazy man great job. As for mgs holy fuck ur on a different level. How long did it take u to increase so high like that. What type of sides do u get if I can ask. Once again brother look great just be careful man u health comes first.

    I've always been extreme bro..and thanks for the compliment. I tattooed my left leg because it was my weakest body part. I quickly got rid of that problem. As for side effects ?? Never had anything go wrong. (knock on wood)

    I train hard and heavy...then go home to eat and sleep LOL. I think what sets my muscle aside from others is my huge veins. My femoral artery when lean is almost half an inch high by half an inch wide...I've enclosed a pic of my forearm and calf.

    Thanks again for the compliments. This is going to be a wild ride !!

    I eat 6 scheduled meals everyday. In those 6 meals is 550 grams of protein and 200 grams of good clean complex carbohydrates. I then eat on top of that when I'm hungry. I never miss a scheduled meal even though I may be full. These 6 meals are essential to my daily diet and CAN'T be missed !

    As for non scheduled meals ? Love my dry quick oats, almond butter, trail mix and zero sugar jam all mixed together topped off with fresh fruit !!

    May 26th PICS !
    So a great training week !!

    Sunday: Biceps
    Monday: Chest/Triceps and calves
    Tuesday: Back and biceps
    Wednesday: Legs (ouch...still sore as of Saturday May 26th)
    Thursday: Shoulders
    Friday: Hamstrings
    Saturday: Triceps/Biceps/Calves
    Sunday (Tomorrow): Back and traps

    Trained hard...trained intense and very heavy. Up four (4) lbs this week in body weight. The post contest stiffness is almost gone. Still on the daily regime of GEAR/GH/PEPs' at the top of this thread. I'm holding a bit of water at this point but I think it's because I have re-introduced slight amounts of sodium back into my post contest diet. Anyway...I'll let the pics do the talking. Pictures are current as of today at noon !!

    May 29th update...STOPPING MELATONAN II Today !!
    Dudes and Dudettes !!!

    UPDATE:

    I'm stopping the Melatonan II immediately !! The reason ?? Fuck people...it makes you dark...and when you're already dark it makes you almost purple...serious...

    I'm caucasian....but tan like a motherfukker. I can go outside in 60 degree temps and get tan lines in 5 minutes....serious.

    So anyway...I wake up this morning and brush my teeth...well it looked like I sucked off Barney the purple dinosaur. My fiancee looked at me and told also that my freckles are growing at an alarming rate. (Sorry no pics). The areas around my eyes are getting darker than the rest of my skin.

    SO ?? I'm stopping it immediately...I'll go off it for 3 weeks then perhaps do 250 mcg's every 4 days or so and see where it takes me.

    My weight this morning is 287 lbs...and I'm getting more vascular day by day...I can't tell you what is cutting me up...perhaps the Tren ? maybe the GHRP-6 ? I dunno'...but I'm feeling "it"

    Definite changes...did a hard chest/shoulders and calves today. JACKED !! Have slight striations in my traps at 287 ! Shoulders are growing large and I'm concentrating on growing my lower chest to combat my water retention at show time. (For some reason I hold water around my lower chest ...see pic below...). Anyway...today:

    CHEST:

    Decline bench X 10 sets up to and including 365 for 10 easy reps
    Incline bench X 5 sets up to and including 315 for 10 easy reps
    Cable X-overs X 5 sets just to fuck over my pecs LOL

    SHOULDERS:

    Plate loaded presses X 8 sets
    Upright rows X 5 sets
    Dumbbell flies for X 5 sets

    CALVES:

    Seated calf raises X 15 sets.

    Tomorrow ?? FUCKING LEGS !!!!

    "Halotta Squatta" !!! Will post pics of jacked up quaddage tomorrow !!

    No disrespect to who ever is in the pics, but did anyone else see that thats not the same guy. The tats are on different sides. Forearm tat is on left arm one shot and on right arm one shot. Same with shoulder, switches every picture.
