    My cycle plan to make a tall guy big!
    Hi Im 24 years old, 6'6'' and about 210 pounds.

    I have been working out since i was about 18 and went through about 3-4 years being a complete rookie to the muscle world. My training ideas were wrong, my diet was way off and i levelled at 185 pounds without any significant gains. And that was at 6'6''. So im talking slim.

    Finally i had some sense knocked into me during mma (literally knocked into me), and i got a better understanding of what to eat, when to eat, how much, when to train, how etc etc etc.

    I stuck on about 20 pounds in about 2-3 years naturally and so was very happy.

    Now my gains are slowing down and i am nowhere near the build i want. Im still pretty scrawny, and my chest is awful.


    I was thinking of my first cycle and perhaps doing it at the end of this year. (got a lot on atm and cant commit)

    I was thinking of a dbol and "something else" cycle. Im not sure what tho, to stack dbol with. Im not keen on just doing Dbol alone because ive read gains are lost fast after. Also is it ok to do it with another oral like Winstrol (winny)? or should it be a test ester?

    Im looking for ideas on cycle ideas and which products to stack.

    my plan so far is:
    DBOl at 30mg a day for 4 weeks
    winny at 50mgs: injected every other day for 12 weeks.

    Day 1 : Clomid 250mg + Nolvadex 60mg
    Following 10 days: Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 40mg
    Following 10 days: Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg



    opinions? criticism (i dont mind)

    Your cycle sucks ass.

    Drop teh Winstrol (winny), do you even know anything about it? You aren't going to get gains from it.

    Your cycle should look like this/

    Test E/C 500-600mg per week. Injections mon/thur
    dbol 30mg per day, spread out as much as possible.

    I also want to add that you can easily gain weight if you start eating more.

    What is your diet like? Can you let me know what you eat on a daily basis?

    im glad ur blunt about it....gets the right info over fast ha ha.


    Erm i dont count calories but im eating about 6-7 meals a day and each meal i have something like 200g chicken breast/ fish or beef (in the morning ill have 3 eggs)

    along with that about 100g of rice or sweet potato or mash

    also ill have broccoli pretty much each meal (i love the stuff)...and with that ill have a mixture of other veg.


    pre and post i usually for 20-30g protein with maltodextrin powder...and a nitric oxide supplement (only for pre obviously)

    and pre bed ill have a casein shake


    im taking cod liver oil, flaxseed and multivitamins each day and creatine too.

    probs not the most sound of diets, but my funds are low

    Are you looking to put on size? You need to eat more.

    So each meal you're eating about 7oz of chicken, 3.5 oz of rice. You say you do that 7 times per day. So 7x7 = 41oz = more than 2.5lbs of meat per day, and 1.5lbs of rice per day.

    Do you really think you eat this much? Saying you do, and actually doing are very different. I just want to make sure, because if you "eat right" only when on cycle, you will see the gains, but if you go back to eating small after your cycle you will just drop all the weight again.

    I want to help you, just need honesty.

    Being 6'6" and only 210 you are not eating enough I do not even need to ask. You need to shovel down at least 3800 calories to gain weight and when on cycle you can add another 200-400 easy. Anytime I hear I don't count calories I know the person is not getting what they need in their diet. Count it at least until you know what is going in or have someone that knows what they are doing make you a diet.
    Or else you are going to waste your money on steroids and not get the full benefits!

    well with the meat i know eat masses of it, but I have difficulty getting the carbs in, and this means that i can go a week of eating really well, but then the next week ill lose that consistency and will power to get the food in. So i kind of go back a few steps.

    So protein im pretty much sound on. Fats and veggies again pretty sound tho amounts probably could be more. In all honesty carbs are my achilles heal.

    tho im not here to say my diet is right or 60% right....im here to say what im doing now isnt working. So i need change! And yeah obviously id like to change it naturally first and see how i got before i try test etc.

    The "cycle" is wrong.
    You shouldn't use roids at 24. Wait at least until you're 32...

    Yeh you are probs right about the age.

    Im just looking at all my options and trying to be as thorough as I can.
