    Alrighty then, I did shoulders yesterday evening, I barely squezzed in a full workout, I was crazy busy training some Peeps!!

    SEATED SHOULDER PRESS (5x5)
    15x135 WU, 5X205, 5X205, 5X205, 5X205, 5X205. For sure going for 225 next week, should be easy!!! haha. PR!!

    SUPER SET FRONT AND SIDE LAT RAISES WITH 25 LB DUMBELL's. 3sets of each

    SHRUGS Decided to go lighter but higher reps, after last weeks heavier shrugs I felt like no neck, haha, Thats not one of my goals.
    20x135 WU. 15X225, 15X225, 15X225.

    SHOULDER EXTENSIONS
    15x20 WU, 12x25, 12x25, 12x25.

    Feeling better than I ever have.

    Day off today, hitting some arms tomorrow, day off sunday (HOCKEY GAME) 6th PIN sunday night. I will most likely be doing abs 2 out of the next 3 days. Then back to the grind monday!

    I am feeling it, and if it gets better then it is now, its going to be insane!! Im weighing in Tuesday morning, so Im hoping my weight shoots up from 250 which I weighed in last week.

    MARCH 5TH DAY (19)

    Feeling great, no bad sides, my skin and hair are for sure super oily, I feel the strength gains in the gym, and my shirts are becoming super tight on me. Had a great weekend, and Im ready to hit Legz hard today, and chest tomorrow!!!! Its gonna be a great week of lifting!! Oh also, I had hockey last night, I felt like a beast with every stride, my push off was soooo much more powerful.

    Still unsure if I should start my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) before or after my blood tests, if anyone could chime in for this I would appreciate it.

    Yea Im very happy with how things are going, Like I've mentioned, I cant wait till it fully kicks in.

    I am loving the 5x5, plan on running it for 6 more weeks, then I think its about time to switch things up, I will for sure re-visit it as soon as possible. I appreciate it bro!!!

    Weigh in this morning went great, I'm up to 256.3 Lb's!!!

    Feeling good today, felt good yesterday evening, nothing special though. My inject spot from sunday night is quite sore, could be from a combo of virgin muscle and hitting legz yesterday evening.

    LEGZ

    SQUATS (5x5)
    135x15 WU, 295x5, 295x5, 295x5, 295x5, 295x5

    SINGLE LEG QUAD EXTENSIONS
    70x15 WU, 110x10, 110x10, 110x10, 70x15 KILL.

    FRONT SQUATS
    135x10, 135x10, 135x10.

    LEG PRESS
    6PLATES x 15 WU, 8PLATES x 13, 10PLATES x 11, 12PLATESx 10.

    CALF RAISE MACHINE
    120x20, 120x18, 120x19.

    All around good workout, Im excited to do some chest today. Then relax alllll EVENING!!

    Haha, I though someone might notice that, it says CHEEKS, its my nickname I've had it since High School, my cheeks were huge when I was 300+ lb's....So when I turned 18 that was the first thing I went and did!! I'll never regret it

    I'm just happy that my chest is starting to have more of a shape, Its always been undefined, so I hope it continues to shape out, also my stomach has become wayyy tighter. And my booty bigger, but thats hard to tell from the pics, and since I hadnt posted a booty shot before, lol.
