Dude pinning your shoulder will be fine . It seems like a big deal bc you havent done it yourself but once youdo it a few times its ez as pie bro just seems scary at first. to pin glutes yourself is ez also just use a mirror, imagine a cross on your ass and use the upper outer quadrant. no big deal

If I Do PIN my glute by myself Ill make sure not to do it anywhere near a back day, or my lats cramp up like a mofo when I try to twist slightly! haha.

Feeling great, no bad sides, my skin and hair are for sure super oily, I feel the strength gains in the gym, and my shirts are becoming super tight on me. Had a great weekend, and Im ready to hit Legz hard today, and chest tomorrow!!!! Its gonna be a great week of lifting!! Oh also, I had hockey last night, I felt like a beast with every stride, my push off was soooo much more powerful.
Still unsure if I should start my AI before or after my blood tests, if anyone could chime in for this I would appreciate it.
