Chest went great yesterday, really focusing on the reps lately. So Im at 3 months bra's!! All around update, I love being on this stuff, but Im excited to get off and retain all that I have gained. I also hope when I come off, a good amount of water weight comes off and I become even more cut than I already am, I dont want to have to high of hopes and get down when its not everything I wanted. Just have to keep working hard, and doing it right. One day Ill be exactly where I want

Took the day off yesterday since I had softball, but holy hell I am smashing the ball like its no ones business, I had 2 home runs in the first inning (We batted around the order) Then the other team wouldnt pitch to me the rest of the game lol.

If it was wooden, I would attempt it, I dont think I could snap Carbon fiber or whatever else these bats are made of these days in half, lol.

Yea had an old college teamate that tried that when the NCAA let collegiate ball players use composite bats... It didn't work out so hot for him. Good choice. I hit 2 HR's myself today in softball. Couldn't catch a cold in the field though.haha My glove was like a skillet in the infield. Guess that's what I get for using a infield baseball mit for softball

I hear ya, thats why we're on the team though, not for our fielding skilllz, for the big BATS!!
