    I want to have the body of Ryan Reynolds and the face of my sexy ass, lol. But yea, a buffer version of Reynolds would be a dream body of mine, so thats basically my goal. Which wont be accomplished this cycle, but every year I inch closer and closer. Im hoping once I come off the juice my bloat will go way down and Ill be wayyy more defined.

    I learned a lot with this cycle, and im sure in the coming weeks/months I will have learned even more and be able to accomplish more next run in January

    Dude your dedication is on the money man way to listen to your body bro.

    If your gonna switch go with a variation of all the things you liked best over the cycle ex. If you liked doing 5x5 for bp then do that say you liked fst for rear delts do it. Do all the sets that worked the best for you over the past 10 weeks

    APRIL 30th DAY (75)

    Had a nice 3 day break from the gym, got plenty of rest, and played some hockey on saturday. Im feeling great and ready to kill these last couple weeks, Chest today, legz tomorrow, back wed, shoulders thursday, arms friday!! I've decided Im just going to go until my final vial runs out, which should be in 2-3 weeks from now.

    A lot more lean then where i was at in the beginning, but not where i want to be yet, I seemed to have hit a plateu in my mid section, but Im just going to keep busting my ass, and see where it gets me!

    So I ended up doing back yesterday, cause my inject spot (Left Glute) was still really sore, no clue why but its feeling better, so I plan on shoulders today and legs tomorrow. I have hockey tonight, so I try to avoid doing legz the same day as hockey.

    BACK

    DEADLIFTS
    135x15 WU, 285x10, 225x12, 225x12. Havent deadlifted in a while, and my neck kinda tensed up during the 285, so I decided just to rest less, do less weight and more reps.

    BENT OVER BARBBELL ROWS
    135x12, 135x12, 135x12, 135x11.

    SEATED CLOSE GRIP ROWS
    180x12, 160x12, 180x12.

    BENT OVER DUMBBELL ROWS
    80x12, 80x12, 80x12.

    SEATED WIDE GRIP ROWS
    140x12, 140x12, 140x12.

    My back is sore and thats alllll I neeeed!!
