I want to have the body of Ryan Reynolds and the face of my sexy ass, lol. But yea, a buffer version of Reynolds would be a dream body of mine, so thats basically my goal. Which wont be accomplished this cycle, but every year I inch closer and closer. Im hoping once I come off the juice my bloat will go way down and Ill be wayyy more defined.
I learned a lot with this cycle, and im sure in the coming weeks/months I will have learned even more and be able to accomplish more next run in January
Did shoulders yesterday, really feeling run down from playing hockey and hitting the gym so Ive decided Im going to do a light arm workout today and some abs. Then take a break till Monday. Then its back to the grind, Prolly gonna take the cycle to 13-14 weeks Im at 10ish right now, I feel like I could get buck in the gym the last 3 weeks if I take a little break. Might switch up the routine as well. Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

If your gonna switch go with a variation of all the things you liked best over the cycle ex. If you liked doing 5x5 for bp then do that say you liked fst for rear delts do it. Do all the sets that worked the best for you over the past 10 weeks

Had a nice 3 day break from the gym, got plenty of rest, and played some hockey on saturday. Im feeling great and ready to kill these last couple weeks, Chest today, legz tomorrow, back wed, shoulders thursday, arms friday!! I've decided Im just going to go until my final vial runs out, which should be in 2-3 weeks from now.

How your mid section i slooking now bro, did you seing any changes there? more lean?
A lot more lean then where i was at in the beginning, but not where i want to be yet, I seemed to have hit a plateu in my mid section, but Im just going to keep busting my ass, and see where it gets me!
So I ended up doing back yesterday, cause my inject spot (Left Glute) was still really sore, no clue why but its feeling better, so I plan on shoulders today and legs tomorrow. I have hockey tonight, so I try to avoid doing legz the same day as hockey.
