im 25 6'1" 214 lbs 15%bf i will be starting my first cycle in about 3 weeks my goals are to eventually to get to 240lbs at 6-8% i plan on doing 3 cycles at the most and have decided on the following 3:
Cycle 1 is not bad, 2 gets worse (no test) & 3 sucks ( 21mg/day of winny and Tren, mind you you bump the tren up to 32 mg/day after wek 4 ) but way too low dosage, regardless.

for the first? everyone keeps telling me to do a test only for a first but i want to add the equipoise to help with the water retention, and to add to the quality muscle gained, is that a bad idea?
