i will be frontloading a gram for two weeks and then doing 500 mgs weekly. 10 weeks total. compound is sustanon 250. i have nolva and arimidex on hand. i was planning on running 0.5 mg arimidex eod throughout this cycle but i will wait to see if i bloat first. i will not be counting calories. just eating clean every three hours. three shakes a day on top of this. creatine 10 mgs a day. royal jelly, green tea, and ginseng. 4 to 6 liters of water a day. current weight is around 85 kilos. looking to get to a very lean 95 kilos. i will be doing HST three times a week and HIIT three times a week. heavy bag work twice a week. i will take some pics to monitor my progress and update this thread twice a week. later.
thats about 23lbs...staying lean...do you gain easily? what was your first cycle...starting weight ending weight...what you lost post cycle...bf% then, now....

i see where youre going bro, and youre probably right. to answer your questions: i do not gain easily. my first cycle was sustanon and decca. started with 250 and 50 and raised it to 500 and 100 after a few weeks. i went from 65 kilos to 92 or so. what did i lose post cycle? that is the fucked up part. i kept just about all of it bro, i bloated a little but not much. so i probably lost about 3 kilos or so. i was hovering at 90. very lean although i dont know the number because i never measured the bf. the problem came after two months. i got a bad pulmonary infection and literally wasted away in about a months time. i ended up around 60 kilos. after i recovered i started training naturally and went back up to 82 kilos within a year. after that it got near impossible to gain lean muscle mass. im at 85 now, but theres alot more fat in there than i am willing to accept. i had a back injury about 5 or 6 months ago and that has hindered my training but im about good. i want to reach 95 and be lean but i see your point. i will probably have to reach my goal in two or three cycles instead. 10 kilos doesnt seem like much but when you convert that to pounds, it sure does seem like im smoking some good shit to expect to get to 95 and be lean from where im at now. in one cycle too. thats what i like about this forum. sometimes you set goals that may be a little out of your reach and its good to have bros who are willing to point out a couple of things you didnt consider or overlooked. thanks alot bro. im still gonna go for it though. i hate changing my mind after i start something. if i dont quite get there, fuck it. theres always next cycle and the experience will be good. i just dont see the point of bulking to the point where you are carrying alot of fat just to do a cutting cycle afterwards. i understand the concept but i just think thats alot more discipline than i want to be having in this point in my life. i am most concerned with staying fit and increasing my endurance and strength. the weight gain i guess is important but secondary. sorry for the long ass post. i appreciate the comments. later.

yup, about 50 pounds. i was weighing around 145 to 150 when i started. i was skinny as fuck. now im not naturally that skinny. i had been fasting for quite a while to improve my overall health and thats why i weighed so little. when my cycle started i of course started eating big. in the first 4 weeks i was up 20 or 25 pounds. thats before the shit kicked in. after fasting for 15 days the body does a great job of absorbing whatever nutrients you put into it. i was eating a lot of food bro. i ended up at 202 or so, and after post cycle therapy i was around 198. i didnt keep a journal or anything so these numbers are the best of my recollection. but yeah, i gained alot, and i was lean as fuck. the problem is when i hit 180 which is my normal weight. after that gaining is always an uphill battle. i think way back prisoners of war were given dianabol after returning home from korea. these soldiers were basically skeletons and their stomachs had shrunk to the point where they could not eat enough to recuperate. with AAS these guys probably recovered very quickly. and im sure 60 pounds was not uncommon back then. oh well, my last cycle lasted around 13 or 16 weeks. and yeah the dose was 500 sustanon and 100 decca.
i noticed an increase in stamina about three days ago. a day before my second injection was due. im thinking this is too soon to be feeling anything but maybe its due to the short acting esters in sustanon. either i am very sensitive or its all in my head, but i am definitely feeling something. my sex drive is not really up, but i am lasting a hell of alot longer than usual. and i feel more powerful when i sprint uphill. like i said, maybe its in my head, but i do feel something. maybe its the fact that i frontloaded. but isnt this too soon even with a frontload? im gonna weigh myself in a while just to see. later.
today is day 6 of my second cycle and i am up from 84.2 kilos to 87.2 kilos. thats 3 kilos or 6.6 pounds in 6 days with no noticeable increase in bodyfat. nest shot due monday sept 22
