Arrow Z-Labs Test Cyp Cycle

Hello fellas! Started my cycle last week. Stats are as follows:
6'2
191lb
16% BF
2 years training consecutively
2 shitty cycles under my belt

Got my Z-Lab test cyp about 1 week and a half ago. I weigh in on my scale naked first thing when i wake up. (yes i sleep butt naked ;p)

Cycle is very simple:
Z-Lab Test Cypionate 500mg/week weeks 1-10.
I also have GP Test Enenthate coming so it depends on how the cycle goes if I throw the Enenthate for an additional 5 weeks.

Arimidex on hand for gyno.
Nolva for PCT 2 weeks after last inject.
20/20/10/10
Also waiting for Aromasin to arrive also for PCT.


Starting weight: 191lb 16%BF
So far (6 days in) I'm at 198lb 17.2%BF
my scale also measures water retention but i've noticed my water retention has had a steady gradual steady decline from 61.8%(first day) to 58.9% (today)

I know its only been 6 days in so im guessing the weight is coming from my massive eating.

Diet consists of LOTS of brown rice, chicken, lean ground beef/cuts of meat, lots of oatmeal, flax oil, primrose oil, lots of steamed veggies, Cytogainer etc.

I train 5 days a week Monday - Thursday and Saturday. Friday & Sunday = rest

I really cant wait to go to the gym everyday.. i wake up, go to work, and constantly think about how much i want to lift.

So far im guessing this is placebo, Although, just yesterday and today (day 5 and 6) I've been mad over nothing..
Just driving in my car mad.. for about no reason at all. But it easily goes away when i chat with my friends. Just started happening yesterday.

In the morning I wake up perfect with lots of energy but if something insignificant goes wrong I blow up. For example, yesterday I misplaced my cinnamon and got really really angry..

I will post more updates about everyday or every other day or so. Lets see how this goes!

Yesterday, couple friends were in town so I had to have some drinks with them. 5 Tequila shots and 2 Rum & Cokes. Not bad right? Got a nice buzz and a very very minor hang-over this morning.

I don't want to drink while on this cycle because I want to make sure I get the best out of It. Only reason I really drank is because Its the first week. I will try my best not to drink anymore throughout the 10 weeks.

In other news, I'm at 197lb now. Not sure how I lost a lb since I've still been eating like crazy. Anyways, cant wait to hit the gym tomorrow, Legs.

Fuck me, i drank again yesterday again because it was superbowl sunday.. Today woke up with no hangover, felt great, and weighed in this morning (monday) @ 200 lb

Arms definitely got bigger. I've been getting compliments from friends about how I look bigger.

Also, I've noticed I get upset faster with little things.

Other than that, main things I notice are, increased aggressiveness, increased energy, horny as hell, and increased strength in the gym.

tomorrow is shot #4 on left quad (middle of week 2). Looking forward to it!

Oh almost forgot. I'm starving all the time. I've been eating like if food will disappear soon. Everything I eat is clean though. And I loveeeee eating..

Worked out legs today. WOW. I'm not sure what it was but I was DRIPPING sweat. I did same weight I did last week but far more reps/sets this time.

Also, my heart was racing so much after the each set of squat that I had to sit down and relax for a minute. I ate so much today in hopes of having tons of energy but I was EXHAUSTED after squats and deadlifts.

Shot #4 was this morning, went sooo smooth. Very light soreness (seems this stuff has good BA / BB content) Up to 201lb this morning (tuesday). That's 10lb in 11 days. I always noticed I gain weight very easily, but it's a pain in the ass to take it off.

Today was chest/tricep and since I ate lots and lots of carbs I had a GREAT workout. Also, last week I did 275 on bench once, but this week I did 5 sets of 5 reps of 275 like butter (thinking it was the food but I doubt it).

I also banged my girl this morning 3 times within 2 hours. I wanted to keep going but responsibility calls!! I wake up with extreme morning wood every morning now. I'm also controlling my aggression a lot better, saving it more for the gym instead of traffic.

So far, so good! I'm liking this stuff. Lets see what week 3 brings

Thanks! Today weighed in at 203 lb! Increasing about a steady pound a day.

definitely feel some pumps. I feel like my skin is going to rip after workouts. Beginning of week 3 is tomorrow which will be shot #5. Got to sleep over my girls house tonight so i gota figure out how im guna sneak a vial and needles in so i can poke in the morning.

I only got 2 10ml vials @ 250mg/ml. Enough for a 10 week cycle. I figured I would give the stuff a go since it's available and people are saying its good.

I also hear about Geneza Pharma's being good quality so I got a 10 ml of their GP Test E, which I will throw in for an additional 5 weeks at the end of the Z-lab cycle depending how it goes.

I could have gotten amps but I wanted to try Z-labs and they only come in 10ml vials.

that seems fucked up to me...you've gained 10 lbs in 11 days, on that little of test cyp?!?! wouldn't it take something liek 14 days just for your levels to "peak", with the ester and all? either your measurements are off or you're gonna be a freakin' monster by the end of this cycle!

I find something weird about it too Baldie, but my measurements aren't off (thank god). Like I said, I'm an easy gainer (gain weight very easily), and I think the first 2 weeks of this cycle was obviously my diet. I'm eating a little over 4k calories a day so yes, it is possible.

I've grown a lot on just my diet so I can't wait for the test to kick in 100%.

But Fuck Me, this weekend I caught a cold. I lost 3 lbs over the weekend and today (monday) I'm back at 200.8 lb.

This sucks because I was doing so good but I'm still going to the gym today for legs. I'm forcing my self to eat even though its very tough to get the food down. It's already 3pm and I've eaten only about 1.5k calories.

Next shot is tomorrow. This will be the middle of week 3.


I'm taking Penecillin, Emergen-C, DayQuil, NyQuil, Multivitamins, and lots of fluids.

Lets hope I get over this cold by tomorrow.

Thanks mutant boy. I feel like shit. Since yesterday I had a HUGE fever and aching body/head. This cold doesn't want to leave.

I figured going to the gym will make it worst and that's what it did. This entire week has been very bad. Couldn't go up in weight do to lack of food/energy, and didn't go to the gym fri, sat, sun, of last week or wednesday or today of this week.

I've been in bed drinking all my medications but this cold is bad. Even had to call in sick at work.

Tomorrow I'm leaving out of town so lets hope I feel better by then.

my "cold" is gone. Apparently I had a Sinus Infection.

Didn't go to the gym today because I got home really late.

Hoping this week will be good, since this past week was a complete set back.

I definitely feel the test at this point. I've been extremely horny this whole time. I have sex like if I'm on Cialis, its great.

Lets see what tomorrows Chest day brings!

Thanks fellas!

I'm a little sad because I was doing so good but that week REALLY set me back BIG time.

Its taking me a bit to get back into the routine. Hopefully this Monday I should be doing very well. Its hard to get food down but I'm trying. After this weekend I'm really going to put the hard work in.

This week sucked also. This was the week following the sick week that I couldn't make it to the gym. I missed monday and half-assed the rest of the week. Today (Saturday) I felt a lot better and really did good.

I will do my best to get the most I can out of this cycle so I can post some before & after pics.

I finished the first vial so I just started on my second. This is beginning of week #5

Lets hope everything goes well from now on!
