It'll be nice to see how this cycle goes for you. I have the same exact thing waiting for me. Also got some leftover BD I'm gonna use up. Going to run 500 mg for 15 weeks. Keep us updated.

run the aromasin for the last 2 weeks of your cycle and for the 1st weeks of your pct then stop... if i were you i would run an extra week with the nolvadex just to be safe... try 20/20/20/10/10

Well good news for me, I switched up my diet this week since I'm getting back into the routine and I'm back up to 200.8 lb this morning.

Considering the sick week I dropped about 4-5 lb.

Feeling 100% again. Still having sex like a rabbit and trying to lift heavy in gym.

Ok, in addition to finally gaining weight again, I'm upping my dosage to 750mg a week.

Was 1cc Sat/Tues. and now will be 1½cc Sat/Tues.

So, the new dosage this week is 750mg/week.

Lets see the difference.

Also, I'm pretty upset at last weeks diet plan. I basically switched out all my brown rice, whole wheat pasta, etc, for white rice.

I can say I look fatter around my gut (which I should have known was going to happen) and I didn't really gain any muscle, at least I don't think. But hey, trial and error, right?

This week I'm going back to everything whole grain and I'm going to start throwing in some stair master cardio for about 15 minutes after workouts 3 times a week to get rid of that nasty belly I put on.

Sucks how only one week of that shit could add so much fat. My body stores white carbs instantly.

Still at 204 lb. Looking to put on at least 4 lb this week. Will update soon.



P.S. - I also started HCG @ 500 iu Every 4th day.

Up to 205.2 lb this morning

Feeling good! Strength gains definitely up. Going up in weight easily. Endurance is crazy. Still eating about 7 times a day or more some days.

Started at 191lb now to 205 lb. Thats 14 lb so far. I don't think It's mostly water weight because I'm definitely bigger and harder than when I started. I'm up about 2% BF though. Not a big deal, it will come off easy when I cut anyway.

Thanks G. I will run the Z-Lab cyp cycle for 10 weeks then I throw in test E for an additional 5 weeks, for a total of a 15 week cycle.

Well, I figured out the diet I initially started with is the best for me. It consist of A LOT of brown rice and red meat.

Apparently brown rice and red meat puts the weight on for me.

I'm up another lb since yesterday. I'm at 206.2 lb this morning. BF% is still the same as it was a week ago.

Looking like I'm getting back into gaining 1lb a day

I don't know bro, I'm not trying to burst your bubble. I'm a little skeptical about your weight gain. Sounds to me like your putting on lots of water, or that the weight your gaining is/can be lost extremly easy(nothing weight). For example; when you got sick earlier in your cycle. Have you been doing cardio at all? I want to end on a better note though, you've done a really great job of keeping us all posted. I particulary like your thread because you tell us how your feeling/effects/gains/ect. Most people just like to give detailed explanations of there work out routines which just drives me crazy. Kudos bro!

Thanks Ian. No offense taken. The thing is, like I said earlier, I am an easy gainer. I gain weight VERY easily.

If I take in the right foods then its very easy to pack on the weight. For example, when I switched my diet for 1 week from whole grain to white carbs, I very easily gained fat around my gut.

Now that I switched my diet back to whole grain, I have gained over 2 lb in a week and not of fat. My scale kept the same BF% as in the beginning of the week.

On the contrary, I really don't think its water weight, although I can be wrong. My scale measures both BF% and Water Retention %. My water weight has gone from over 60% in the beginning to 57% this morning.

Then again, my scale can be wrong and I really am gaining some water weight (even though I don't see it).

On the other hand, I do not do cardio whatsoever when bulking. If I do cardio, I have to REALLY watch what I eat (no fats, moderate carb) in order to burn fat. My body doesn't respond well to fat.

I only do cardio when I'm cutting. If not, then its pointless for me. I appreciate your input though. Always good to hear what others have to say.

Hey Miami!
Nice thread dude! I'm in agreement w/Big body - the white rice, simple carbs will pack on the weight but at a high fat concentration. Try out microwaved sweet potatoes for a carb snack - also oatmeal in the AM. You should easily pack on 30+ lbs so be cautious that you don't have to cut massively when you're done.

Meanwhile - great to hear the strength is up - wait till week 5 or 6 - it will blow you away. Try to keep a journal - it's good motivation to see what your new PB's are! I had to laff when i read that you just think about lifting when you're at work! Hahahaha - I'm exactly the same! Great thing about the cycle is that your recovery time should be cut in half! BTW what's your age? props man!

Hey guys sorry I've disappeared.. I actually came off the cycle and gained a good 25 lbs since I started.

The cycle finished around the end of March. I loved the cycle. I'm just laying low for now, recovering and just eating whatever and drinking about every weekend.

Since the end of the cycle I've lost about 5lb because as soon as the cycle ended I just stopped going to the gym and started eating whatever.

However, now I'm starting to go back because unfortunately, if I just stop going to the gym and I eat whatever, I gain lotsss of fat. So, that's what's been happening.


So far, I recommend Zlabs. I got my z-labs stuff around mid December. I'm not sure about the quality now.

I will start a new thread as soon as I start my next cycle, sometime later in the year.
It will be a bulker.

Edit: Forgot to add.. when i started my cycle I was at 141/2 inch arms and now im at 161/2..

But.. for some reason, now After my cycle I got a few stretch marks. Right next to my arm pits (incline chest area)
and on my biceps.. I've been putting coca butter and aloe vera lotion from Vaseline brand and wow does it help. The stretch marks were really dark purple and now they are very very light pink, almost faded.

Scary but I'm thinking of it as my Battle Scars
