Default First Epistane Cycle

G'day guys,

Started off yesterday with 10 mg's and have gone up to 20 mg's today. So far my plan is:
4 Weeks -
week 1 : 20mgs/day
week 2 : 20mgs/day
Week 3: 30 mgs/day
Week 4: 30 mgs/day

I am thinking that if everything is smooth and going well by the end of week 1, i may up week 2 to 30 mg's p/d.

Will be running Nolva by itself for pct... I think that this should be sufficient.


By the end of this cycle my aim is to have some size to my upper body and to have my abs far more defined.

Would very much like any advice or constructive criticism you guy may have.

You should rethink that workout routine IMO. Start by deciding whether you're looking to gain weight or lose it, and set up diet and exercise accordingly.

You cannot solely rely on running to define your abs. You have to do ab exercises as your primary way of defining/ ripping them. Start out with basic sit ups I like to use the sit up bench at my gym. I decline it and find it to work the best. Then you can add weight to it by holding onto a medicine ball or 25lb plate or less depending on you. But just running will not get you to where you want to be or atleast not as fast. And you say you want some size to your upper body so I suggest a different workout routine to gain more muscle mass. What I like to do is work out one muscle a day. For instance...
Day 1- chest..flat, incline, decline benches..butterflies, chest press..then the next week alternate do dumbell press instead of barbell..dont always do the same thing..your chest will kill the next morning
Day 2-biceps ---Day 3 triceps---Day 4 Back with lats and traps.---Day 5 shoulders or do shoulders with triceps but it is very crutial to work your shoulders out very well or else you'll eventually injure them when trying to bench. Day 6 Legs. and on one of these days or two of them do your cardio and situps. Not everyone will agree with my routine as everybody has their own way of doing it but I personally love it and thats why it is just my opinion. Also you spend less time in the gym each day compared to doing multiple muscles a day. And dont forget EAT EAT EAT..clean though not crappy. Thats the main ingredient in getting bigger

Thanks for the advice, i definatley need to throw some ab workouts in there somewhere.
Once i get a bit more into the routine i will start posting photos of the progress and stuff.

I'm going to be brutally honest. That is a terrible routine and it tells me that you don't know very much about bodybuilding. I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the 89 in your name means you were born in 89.

I really don't think you have any business even using a shitty over the counter PH like this. You should figure out how to eat and workout first.

lol i was thinking and going to say the same thing but i guess i didnt want to be brutally honest. you should just workout hard and still get a proper diet with extra cals and get lots of protien. Your body is still growing so give it time before you start a cycle of anything. You will be happy with the results if you put the work in trust me

Dang...

Ok well its a four week cycle, and im about 3 days into it so im going to keep going. Im not going to bullshit about my age, or pretend to have a decade of intense natural training behind me like most noobs do, so the best i can do is record my progress and hopefully give something back to you guys who have to me what you have.

Ive been keeping up with your logg phluxx, and i think its great... the progress your making is awesome.

Stand by for more updates!

you'll be alright man just as long as you eat right and enough and train hard. Get the right amount of rest and pct correctly

Gday Guys,

Today is the 15th... have been on the epistane for 5 days now and have noticed a couple of things...

In the morning i feel quite bloated... this may be due to the fact that i eat literally everything i can find in my fridge before i go to bed, tomatoes, blocks of cheese, bread with water - everything i can get my hands on. This bloating continues until around just before lunch time.

Yesterday i did my chest workout... it was good for two reasons. firstly because i added an extra 5 kgs from last weeks set, and also because generally after my first two sets, i would have to down the weights by 2.5kgs to finish the last set but i feel like i have a bit of extra stamina and do all three sets of 7 at the one consistent weight.

Chest workout was inclines, declines, bench press and fly's (spelling?)

This afternoons workout will be arms and biceps which is my fav workout... keen to see how much more i can push the limit to today.

Have also become more emotional over the last few days... wether this has anything to do with the epistane im not sure. Just like over friendly and stuff..

Does anyone here do their workouts with the 5x5 routine?
