2nd Cycle - Deca and Sustanon 250
In my late 30s, height 5'8, 165 lbs.
Just finished an 8 week cycle of straight, low dose deca durabolin with a little proviron mixed in. I took about 200 - 250 mg. per week (bumped up the shots to around 250 mg for 3 weeks of the cycle).
I gained a solid 12 lbs and greatly increased strength, especially in legs and chest. Very happy with the results.
Now planning the 2nd cycle in another 2 months that will be a deca durabolin/sustanon 250 stack --- 8 weeks: 300mg Deca and 250 mg. of Sustanon 250/wk (will probably break the sustanon into 2 shots per week)
I don't want to push it too hard, but my frame is relatively small and don't see the need to greatly increase dosage or use stronger gear given the good results I obtained off of the 1st, low dosage deca cycle.
Should I be extremely worried with high estrogen levels on this cycle such as to take Arimidex or Proviron throughout? Don't want to do that and reduce gains if not needed.
Regarding the PCT on the 1st cycle, I didn't do anything but use over the counter T boosters/estrogen blockers due to getting screwed on my Clomid/Nolvadex shipment. However, haven't noticed any negative side effects after being off the last shot for over 4 weeks. I do feel tired and sluggish.
On the 2nd Deca/Sust stack, I will have Clomid and Nolvadex and run for 30 days 2 weeks after the last shot.
Any advice on the dosage per shot on the 2nd cycle taking into consideration my relatively small frame (5'8, 165 lbs)?
