    My Deca/Test E Cycle
    Weeks 1-10: Deca 500mg
    Weeks 1-10: Test E 500mg
    Weeks 1-5: Dbol 30mg/day
    Weeks 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg/day

    I have both Clomid and Nolvadex on hand for PCT, I will only be using one.
    I am also trying to track down some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for post cycle therapy (pct) also.

    Starting weight: 166lbs
    BF: 14%
    HT: 5'10

    Training Split
    Mon: Back/Bis
    Tues: chest/Tris
    Wed: Legs/calves/abs
    Thurs: Shoulders
    Fri: Arms

    Day 1:
    Shot was painless, shot into the right glute.

    Work-out was disappointing, felt rather weak. And my hands were sweating too mcuh to get a good grip during back exercises.
    The rest of the work out went well.

    if you can get hcg i use 250 twice a week throughout, discontinue when you start pct

    Day 2:
    Had a great work out, back is nice and sore from yesterdays workout.

    My glute is fucking sore from the injection yesterday.

    I ate well all day today, 6 meals. I just ate some cottage cheese, now I'm off to bed.

    Looks like a good cycle, you might add something though. You might want to get some letro, because if you develop progesterone gyno from the deca nolvadex will make it worse. If you do get some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), do what auto said, use about 500iu/wk until you start your pct.

    I read in a few other cycles, you really have a thing against Deca.
    I couldnt get my greasy mitts on EQ, which I would have rathered.

    Im still hunting for HCG.

    Day 3:

    Glute doesn't feel as sore as it did yesterday.

    Did legs, calves and abs today. I absolutely HATE working legs, so I always push my legs harder. Im already getting sore, and Im sure I will have fun walking up stairs tomorrow.

    lol no not really..its just people want to start out using decca i just dont see a point to just a decca eq now is decca but a better and more desired then the k mart decca..

    deca is fine man, and better for a first cycle imo

    This isn't my first cycle. It's technically my third, however my first 2 ended shortly after they began, due to bad gear.

    Day 4:

    Another painless shot in my right glute. I had a great sleep 9+ hours, however I feel really groggy and drained. Perhaps test flu?

    Im minutes away from stepping out the door to go do my shoulder work out.

    Weight as of today is 169, up 4-5 pounds from yesterday. Probably to do with my increased appetite, or some water retention.

    Well today is my last rest day, Ive been sleeping 10+ hours on the days off.

    Weighed in at 169 today.
    Due to some advice of a local pro user, I might be bumping up to 750mg of Test E a week. He said i should try to have a 2:1 ratio of Test to Deca.

    Still hunting for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), everyone I talk to wants an outrageous price, way more then market value

    If you're still seeing gains from the test at 500mg/wk i dunno if it's necessary to increase the dosage.

    i think increasing from 500 to 750 will only increase sides and not your progression if u are already growing with 500/w

    Im only up 4-5lbs, which I think can be attributed to Dbol, and water retention.
    I must say I am feeling stronger.

    Tomorrow Im back in the gym for Back/bis. Also my third shot. I need to go get some wrist straps and resin/chalk.

    Shot in my leg today, hurt like a slut, had to do a lot of rubbing to make it feel better.
    Forgot to weigh myself on an empty stomach.
    Didnt sleep well at all last night, I think I got 3 hours sleep at the most. Time to go tucker myself out at the gym.

    haha ya quad shots can hurt, it is kinda hit and miss. I just shoot glutes now.
    I'd say just wait until you've been on for 4-5weeks before upping the dosage.
    What brand of gear are you running?

    Test E and Deca are Infinite. One Deca is Pinnacle.

    Wt: 173, up 7lbs since I started.

    Had a nice 11 hr sleep, woke up very stiff and sore from yesterday's back and bicep work out. No noticeable gains in strength yesterday.

    Day 10:

    Decided to sleep in today and have a rest day.
    Noticed strength gains yesterday during my chest/tri work out.

    However my chest isnt sore today.

    WT: 175lbs

    Just did my 4th shot in my left Quad, felt good.
    Chest is sore today, along with my back.

    You can't be serious with this cycle can you? You're doing way to much for a beginner not to mention this is basically your first cycle and your only 166 pounds.

    I appreciate your input on my thread.

    I was 210 at the beginning of the year, and have cut down this far.

    My "first" cycle I took to week 4, my "second" I think I ended at week 7, I was running Test E and dbol.

    What would you suggest I cut the cycle down too?

    On another note.
    Im still at 176
    yesterday I did shoulders, had a great work out, lifted heavy.

    Today was legs, and I realized part way through it I should have done legs yesterday. My Traps were so sore it hurt doing squats.
