    Test E/Deca cycle
    Hey guys this is gonna be my 5th cycle, just going with a simple, but effective cycle.

    Starting wt: 190lbs
    bf% 7.5-8%
    Ht: 5' 9"

    Previous cycles:
    (1)10 weeks test e 350mg/wk
    (2)10 weeks test e 500mg/wk
    (3)11weeks Test E 500mg/wk 10 weeks Deca 400mg/wk drol 50mg/day for 4 weeks
    (4)10 weeks test e 750mg/wk

    The last two cycles I did, I got the gear from some ug labs and felt that it was underdosed. My diet and training were good, but I saw minimal gains.

    Current cycle started it on August 19th
    Norma Test e 600mg/wk
    Axio Deca 400mg/wk
    hcg 400iu/ week started yesterday
    PCT
    Nolvadex
    I have letro and Dostinex available if necessary.
    I'm not sure how long i'm gonna run this one, probably 12-14 weeks

    Training
    Monday: Chest/Tris (Bench, incline, one arm push downs, v-bar push downs, skull crushers)

    Tuesday: Legs (leg press, calf raises, leg extensions, seated leg curls)

    Wednesday: Back/Bis (bent rows, one arm dumbell rows, pull ups, dumbell curls, dumbell preacher curls, barbell curls)

    Thursday: Chest/tris (bench, alternating dumbell incline, cable crossovers, one arm reverse pull downs, v-bar push downs, skull crushers)

    Friday: Legs/Bis (squats, calf raises, seated leg curls, dumbell preacher curls, concentration curls, low pulley curls)

    Update
    9/6/08: Now I know this gear is real because I am weighing 198lbs. I have AIs on hand and I am watching my BP. I'm starting to get a sore throat and feel kind of sick.

    9/7-9/9: Yup, I'm sick with a bad cold, couldn't get out of bed and work out monday or tuesday.

    9/10: Went to work this morning, still feeling like shit. I work at a hospital on a cardiac unit. Got sent home cause cardiac patients really don't need to be sick. No working out today..shit!@ So I am typing up my cycle progress haha.
    Hopefully I be feeling well enough tommorow to work and workout.

    Well I went to work today for 12 fun filled hours. Went to work out around 7:30, was feelin pretty tired. To my surprise my lifts weren't too affected from me being sick. I kept the wt on bench at 275 for acouple sets but eventually went to 300. I'm lookin forward to legs tommorow. Still at 198 today, I haven't been eating the good since I've been sick.

    Well I've only run it once before and I think it was either underdosed or fake. I just wanted to give it another try.

    remember deca is a joint lubricator also EQ is another form of deca but like a higher end ..lol but you get to keep alot of the results with the EQ...but it takes longer to develop so if i were to use a deca ..it would be EQ read on it bro and tell me what you think...

    haha ya i debated on either running eq or deca. What doses have you run eq at? I think one reason I leaned toward deca was because the only eq i could find came in 200mg/ml and I didn't feel like injecting 3-4mls of that a week along with the 2.5 of test. I'll see how this goes, if it sucks then I might run eq next time.

    lol see what i mean...i used EQ @ 4 mg a week for like the first 2 weeks then increased it 4mg a week to break it down barney style...2 cc monday and 2 cc thursday...see what im saying let me know if you need any more info...k brolly

    Got to sleep in today, got up and still felt kind of shitty, but went to the gym anyway. Did acouple sets with 365 on squats and my last 2 sets went to 405. Did some preacher curls and straight bar curls. It felt pretty good, but when I was through I was really tired. I probably should have just rested today..oh well. Weighed 197 today..loosin wt

    Im running a similar cycle

    Test E 400mg week 1-12
    Deca 300mg week 1-12
    Dbol 35mg ED 1-5

    Im on 6th week. I know i feel the test but i might bump it up to 500mg.

    How much weight have you gained so far?
    Hows the bloat? If any.

    Well i've only been on for about 3 and a half weeks, but i've gained about 8lbs, I'm sure most of it is water. I'm noticing that my face is starting to look a little more round, but so far the bloat is under control, if i continue to blow up at this rate i might add some letro.

    If you are still seeing gains from 400mg of test it might not be necessary to increase the dose, but it's not really going to hurt you either to go up 100mgs.

    Did chest and tris after work today, was alittle tired, but all my lifts were good. By the way i'm shooting test and deca on Tues/Fri and i'm also on Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu/wk

    Hello, I'm somewhat of a novice who has done a lot of reading and have kept an eye on friends' cycles. I'm out of the country without the help of friends so wanted to run something by you guys (take it easy on me if you differ). Looking to run Deca/Test low dose, for not going for the massive look. Have been a runner for 15 years and couldn't take the frail look. Have good strength and have hit the gym hard for the past year without much running to see if I could get some gains. Successful in upping strength but not much size (5 pounds)....

    So here was the tentative plan... 200 Test/125 Deca x 8 wks plus clomid beginning wk10 (100mg/day) and wk11,12 (50mg/day)

    5'10 160 currently bf 8-10%

    Do i necessarily need HCG throughout considering low dose?

    Weighing around 200lbs today
    My weight has been fluctuating between 197 and 200. Hopefully it will keep going up! I worked again with 275 on bench for 3 sets of 6 and my last two sets i did 315x3. Dumbell incline went well. Also worked tris today, they feel nice and tight. My strength is increasing pretty fast, but i'm holding back on upping the weight that much right now.
    I did cheat on my diet today and went to Burger King I got a whopper combo great way to get 1100 calories haha.

    Thanks!, I'm glad some people are interested. I did legs and bis today. My legs were still sore from tuesday and bis still sore from wednesday haha. I did squats then standing calf raises, man my lower back was really tight. My fiance was at the gym with me and i had her massage the hell out of it. I think i was weighing 202 at the gym, but my home scale says 199, i dunno haha.

    One negative thing is that i'm starting to get my lump back underneath my right nip Gonna start letro at 1.25mg. I've used letro and dostinex in the past, but hopefully letro will be enough since I'm catching it early.

    Went to the gym and tried to work chest, but my left shoulder was acting up again. I didn't want to risk hurting it more so I skipped bench, incline, and flys, made me mad. I did work tris and that went well weight is still about the same, probably cause I had to work this weekend and my calories were cut by 1000cals both days. I'm chowing down today! I want to get to 205lbs.

    Worked out after work tonight. Tried to do chest, but my left shoulder still hurting. I made myself do acouple sets of bench, but then came to my senses and held off the rest of my chest workout. I did some reverse one arm push downs, v-bar push downs, and skull crushers, went up on all my weight with those. My tris feel like they got worked. An older man at the gym asked me if I had a good workout when I was walking into the locker room. I told him not really cause my shoulder was acting up and couldn't work my chest. He paused and looked at me and said ohh...well you're big enough. haha that made me feel good. Gonna work my legs tommorow.

    haha nahh. I actually like working them, well maybe not all the time haha. I like squats except they make my glutes even bigger and my ass is big enough!

    Well the letro is helping, but this is the second time I've gotten a lump with deca so I'm through with it. I'm gonna start some anavar at 50-60mg/day whenever it comes in. Damn deca, haha I'm waiting on sean to say I told you so.

    Shoulder is feeling much better, I worked chest yesterday and kept it kind of light I only worked to 275 on bench, incline I just kept it at 235. Tonight I worked legs, legs are feeling rubbery haha. I worked bis too, cause I don't think i'm going to be in the gym the rest of the week, because i'm getting my wisdom teeth cut out tommorow

    I was checking out your workout routine and think you could stand to change it up a little. I'm not sure what others on here think, but I have seen a huge increase in strength and size by hitting each muscle group once per week except for legs. You should do legs twice per week. I also hit my calves, traps, and abs at least twice a week as well. For every other bodypart, I really do feel once per week is sufficient. I would up your daily routines as well, because on chest day you are not doing nearly enough. Three sets on the flat bench and then a few inclines aren't going to get you where you want to be. Your back routine seems fairly weak as well doing only 3 exercises and not sure how many reps as you didn't state that. As far as bi's go, I am not sure if that's your exact order you do them or if you just typed it out like that, but I would begin with straight barbbell curls as that is going to be your best mass builder and you don't want to do it when you are weaker from the other exercises. Same with tri's you should be starting with skull crushers or seated dumbbell extensions as it is a great mass builder. I also didn't notice any deadlifts in your routine. If you are going for mass you should add deads to your routine. These are just a few things I think you could change to make your routine a little better and to see better future gains. It's not my intent to bash you or say you don't know how to lift, just to help you achieve your fitness goals. Good luck bro and keep us posted.

    with all due respect and the sincerest intentions I tend to agree with Live2Train. I am 49 yrs old been training for 31 yrs and am still a lean 240. The hardest thing i ever learned was to not over train. I fought the advice from the big boys for months but when I finally gave in my gains were tremendous. I still find myself fighting to stay away from the gym and working each body part once a week but it works. If you try it (especially at this point in your cycle) I'll bet you will exceed 205 no problems! At any rate good luck!! Jim

    Great log - dude I'll be interested to see your progress. Did you get any Nipp sensitivity with your lump or just the lump? You only got that w/ the DEca? Hmmmm
