I also hit my calves, traps, and abs at least twice a week as well. For every other bodypart, I really do feel once per week is sufficient. I would up your daily routines as well, because on chest day you are not doing nearly enough. Three sets on the flat bench and then a few inclines aren't going to get you where you want to be. Your back routine seems fairly weak as well doing only 3 exercises and not sure how many reps as you didn't state that. As far as bi's go, I am not sure if that's your exact order you do them or if you just typed it out like that, but I would begin with straight barbbell curls as that is going to be your best mass builder and you don't want to do it when you are weaker from the other exercises. Same with tri's you should be starting with skull crushers or seated dumbbell extensions as it is a great mass builder. I also didn't notice any deadlifts in your routine. If you are going for mass you should add deads to your routine. These are just a few things I think you could change to make your routine a little better and to see better future gains. It's not my intent to bash you or say you don't know how to lift, just to help you achieve your fitness goals. Good luck bro and keep us posted.

Guys I really appreciate the advice! I haven't gone into great detail with the total amounts I lift because I didn't think anyone would be that interested.
For chest, I do three sets of 10 to warm up; the bar, 135, and 225. Then I usually do some sort of pyramiding up. 1 set 245x10, 1 set 265x8, 1 set 275x6, and since my shoulder has been injured i just did 2 more sets of 276x6, but usually after my 275 set, I would go 1 set 300x4, and finally 1 set of 315x 2 or to failure. Then depending on the day I would to bar incline 4 sets of 5 with pretty heavy weight, or dumbell incline using the alternating arm technique, I have gone to using 95lbs each arm. then I'll do flys either cables or dumbells pyramiding from 50-70lbs for 3 sets. On tueday(leg day) I will do leg press, as stated above, leg extensions 1 warmp set with 100lbs, 3-4 working sets pyramiding wt from 150-190lbs. After that I usually do seated ham curls, again 1 warm up set with 100lbs, then pyramiding up from 145-175lbs. I used to do bar bell lunges, but even when taking short steps with them, and my glutes are, in my opinon, a little big out of proportion with my legs. On friday(other leg day/bis) I start with squats, 3 warmup sets 1 set: the bar x 10, 1 set 135 x 10, 1 set 225 x 10. Then 4 or 5 working sets 315x8, 315x8, 365x 6, 405x5, 405 x 5, Then i'd do one of the routines of calf raises and begin with my bicep work.
I do hit my legs twice a week, Tuesdays being with legpress: 3 warmup sets; 200x10, 400x 10, 580x8, then 3 or 4 working sets of 6 pyramiding from 760lbs-820lbs. For calves I've been trying the 75 rep routine with only resting for at most 10 seconds in between reps, If I do calves on the leg press, I do one legged calf raised with 230lbs. On seated for some reason, I don't go over 120lbs even when working both at the same time, I guess it's just the angle of them that makes them harder. I do standing raises with 320lbs on the smith machine. I should mention I only use one of those calf routines on leg days, not all of them. What kind of routines do yall do for calves?
As for back, I used to do more, but I guess i'm just genetically gifted in my back and shoulders. I believe they are too big..well not too big haha, but out of proportion with the rest of my body, So I have reduced the amount I do for now.
Bi's ya think I will take your advice and begin with barbell curls, Tri's I do the same thing as well.
I have been thinking about starting deads, but the one thing I am concerned with is how much they will work my glutes, I know that's a silly reason, but my ass is pretty big and I don't want that even more out of proportion with my legs. How do deads affect you? ohh and I took your reply as great advice and I really appreciate it! So thank you Live and Jim. haha sorry about the long post, I'm sure I'm still leaving something out.

Well at first there wasn't any sensitivity, just started feeling a little soft lump, but as it got bigger, ya there was alittle tenderness.
This is the second time I have gotten one. When I got the first one on a previous cycle, I was running deca, I treated it with nolvadex, big mistake, Then I got some letro and dostinex and that fixed right up, completely went away.
This time I got on the letro as soon as I felt it and it is almost gone. I don't really want to have to run letro my whole cycle so I done with the deca. I have some anavar coming, so hopefully that will held with my strength and still keep my joints alittle lubricated,

Thanks man - i made the mistake of starting my first cycle with Deca, Tect C and D-bol - so i don't know what gave this to me. i's not that big of a deal i just don't want to get giant nipps like some of those steriod monsters i've seen at the gym! hahaha i dropped the deca and did Adex and am doing Letro now. don't really kno if those interfere with the cycle or not.
Anyways looks like you are getting some good gains and you've got a solid workout routine. How do you think the 75 rep sets worked for calves - mine are really hard to get any size on.
Thanks bro

Letro should take care of it. I've been using the 75 rep routine for about 3 months and it is working kind of..my calves have gotten more defined and a little bigger, but haven't really put on a whole lot of size. Maybe I'm using too light of weight. A day after I work them, they are usually sore. I'll be patient and keep training them, but I'm open to any kind of suggestions haha.

Hadn't posted in a while cause I had my wisdom teeth taken out last wednesday. So I missed my wed, thurs, fri workouts. I was taking hydrocodone the first couple days after the surgery and I can see how people can get hooked on them. I'd take one and my pain would be almost completely gone and I'd feel great. Anyways I hit the gym yesterday and did my chest/tri workout. I was still feeling kind of drained for some reason and only went to 300 on bench. Did all my sets on incline with 235, also did some flys. I tried doing skull crushers first. Did a set of 10 with 105, felt pretty good, left elbow had kind of a weird pain. I increased the wt to 115, tried doing a few reps and left elbow was hurting pretty bad so I stopped that. I was able to do my one-arm pushdowns, and v-bar pushdowns without any pain though.
Today I did legs. Leg press: I did my three warm up sets, then 2 sets of 760, 1 set of 800, 1 set of 820. Seated calves went well. leg extensions and seated leg curls were good as well. I've lost weight, weighed 197 today, I'm guessing it is from the 5 days of not eating right and the letro has kicked in so I'm losing some water too. I felt strong today though!

My workouts have been going well, no major increases in strength right now. My lump under my right nip is almost completely gone. I have been using letro around 1mg every 3rd day. I started on some dostinex .5mg EOD about a week ago so i dunno if that has helped yet. My wt has been fluctuating around 200lbs. I think I need to increase my calories and protein, Getting around 4000cal/day and 160g of protein. I've heard two different things about protein, 1.you need to eat 1g of protein per lb of body wt. 2.you need to eat 1 g of protein per kg of body wt. If it's kg then i'm ahead, if it's lbs then shit I gotta eat a lot more

And i read 1.5 gm /lb of body wt for a bulk! so there's lots of opinions floating out there - I got some Dostinex too - for the gyno w deca but quit the deca early on. Did u find the dostinex was HELLA expensive? or did you get a "research Chem"?
Good luck bro - hope your chipmunk face returns to normal soon! LOL

How's the diet - u up too 200gms of protein a day? did u already drop the deca or r u going to keep it going for all 12 weeks? Rite now i'm just doing the test but thinking I may kick in the deca at the end maybe weeks 10-14 (assuming that the test stops at week 12. i just read an artical that said if you add a few weeks of dec on the end you can keep more of your gains - sort of like tapering down from the test to deca to PCT. Hmmm dunno... but I have a helluva lotta deca stashed in a drawer rite now.... Hope you appetite is good after the wisom teeth extraction. Weird having those holes in your gums ain't it? i couldn't keep my toungue out of them and kept getting tongue cramp! LOL
later bro!

I'm working on getting all the protein, but I get tired of the shakes, I like food better haha. I did drop the deca, I'm not sure if starting nandralone deconate would really work in the last 3 weeks, maybe the phenylpropionate ester, but I would still run the test with it though. My appetite is back to normal, i'm eating, eating, eating haha.

Cycle is still going pretty good. Strength as well as size gains have kind of hit a plateau. I need to increase my diet. I didn't get enough sleep this past week so my workouts sucked pretty bad. I was doing 405 on squats yesterday and felt something pop in my right quad. It was alittle painful at the time, but feels fine today, hope I didn't injure myself too bad. Hopefully next week will be better. Still around 200lbs

Just checking in on ya cycle brother.
Nice updates, very informative.
Think we're in the same boat weight wise.
You were 197 a month or so ago and still only 200.
I'm always shooting for 210 or more but can't seem to get past 2.
I've run Deca a few times as well and am always on the Test, up to 600/wk now.
Be careful on those liftes too bro.
I was up to 375 for 6-8 on the squat and was killing the skull crushers last year and pulled or strained tendons in both that put me out of the gym.
Got too strong for my own good.
Keep up the posting.
I'm gonna stay active as well.

Hey Dude - sorry to hear about the plateau - I was there a week ago but have been eating like a mofo and finally am adding some poundage again. The thing that did it was that I upped my carbs and started eating 1 1/2 C of cottage cheese before bed - then i had 3 nights of bad sleep so ate another meal at 2am or 3 am. Hahahaha - didn't plan that but seemed to work. i am getting some fat around the belly tho - hope that is easy to cut in Dec. - you know LIFO - Last in first out! hahahaha
Watch out for that quad, bro but try to get in some totally different exercises to shake things up. Check out the DC method - i think there is a sticky for it by Milkdascow. You have about 3 more weeks? You might also try dbol at the end - you can take it past the Test and stop the day you start PCT. BTW decided not to mess with the deca at the end of my cycle.
Good luck bro! go eat!

Had that happen to me on my last cycle of sust and equipoise. Ran the cycle for about 14 weeks and hit a plateau over half way through...then I just added some anavar and then finished off with some halo...that took care of it
