Noob's FIRST time on HGH
For everyone who hasnt read any posts by me before, Im nearly 28 years old, 5'9', about 154lbs(again). I've always been very athletic and been into doing a lot of endurance training like running and swimming. When I was around 18 and 19 I used to lift weights a lot, but since then my workouts mainly consist of pushups, pullups, dips and situps with an occasional gym visit.
Only "gear" I have ever tried and cycled before was "ANDRIOL"..NOT to be confused with "Androl". I wrote a kind of journal about that with dosage,results,ect.. And I think they moved it to another section. You can easily find it by searching posts by me.
Last year I got stress-fractures in both my legs from running too much, so after waiting for months resting and then listening to the doctors crappy opinions about "physio-therapy",(funny how many of them get commissions for referring you to physio" I decided to research and help myself. Figured as long as Im doing it and cant run as much as before, I may as well try to put on a few pounds of muscle.
So here's the background now on the HGH. I recently got a prescription from a doctor:-) And being as that I live very close to mainland China, and I have another friend there who also is a doctor, he is able to order it for me straight from the pharm. company. The type is Somatropin -Jintropin-.
Started taking it last Sunday March 16. Took 2iu that night when I got home right before bed around 9pm. Everyday since then I've taken 2iu in the morning as soon as I wake up 6:30am-7:00am and 2iu in the afternnon about an hour and a half after lunch usually 1-2pm. Thats a total of 4iu, sometimes Ive taken 2.5iu at a time, Im not so specific when I draw it into the syringe. I just keep it between 2 and 3 ius easch dosage, usually closer to the 2.
Felt real tired from about the third day till yesterday. Today I dont feel tired from it at all. My hands went numb the other night while I was sleeping, think it was the 19th, and yesterday they felt kinda stiff, but nothing unbearable.
So far I havent felt anything really great from the HGH,but I know it takes a lot of time so Im going to continue. Ill post up here every few days, since I dont think theres really much info to put every single day.

I thought about it bro, but I made another post on here asking for some advice on that, and everyone tells me the same thing. That at my height, age, and weight, I should hold off on any other gear and just eat a lot more and power-lift.
As far as progress, today is Tuesday, March 25 and I've been sticking at 2.5iu twice a day. 2.5 first thing in the morning when I wake up, and another 2.5 anywhere from an hour and a half before to an hour and a half after lunch.(11:00 - 3:00). Havent felt any more hand-numbness and dont seem to feel as tired as I was before. Havent noticed any changes in my physical except maybe my stomach has lost a bit of fat..hard to say yet though. Nothing concrete.
Today Ive felt fucking aggressive all day, but that could be due to the fact that my wifes havin her time of the month and shes been bitchin about something everytime she sees me lol. So Im not going to officially attribute the aggressiveness to the HGH. Will check back in in another few days and put down my progress.

With HGH alone you can not expect lot of mass gain but you will lose some fat for sure
Keep us informed

Yep already know:-) So you can look forward to 6 months of these posts:P I originally planned to only use for 3 or 4 months, but I've been reassured by a lot of users that HGH "probaly" wont affect my thyroid even after 6 months if Im a normally healthy individual..lets see:-D Im gonna keep my doctor informed just in case.

All exercises are sometimes a lil more, sometimes a lil less depending on how I feel that day, time available, ect. Sometimes I wont do pushups at all and instead do extra pullups and dips cause I have something fucked up on the right side of my back. Teres Minor or Teres Major muscle..not sure which one, maybe the connective tissue between them. Hopin the HGh will also help that out over time.
At LEAST 3 times a week. Usually 4 or 5 times.
20x20 pushups (widespread and hands together alternating)
30x5 dips OR 20 x 10 OR 15 x 15 just dpends on what variation of exercises Im doin, sometimes I start at 30 and work down to 20 to 15 as I get more worn out.
15x10 pullps OR 12x10 OR 10x10
Situps ALWAYS at least 30 x 10 minimum OR 25 x 15 minimum. Sometimes Ill start by doing 50x2 then drop down to sets of 30 or 25 till burnout.
I do other exercises like butterfly kicks, but they are mainly for abs, upper legs, and cardio. Im focusing more on upper-body right now as I know lower endurance is easy for me when my legs are healed.
Run 2miles minimum and up to 4(used to be 6,wont take it past 4 anymore). Havent hit 4 in awhile, still rehabbing my way back up.(stress-fractures in both legs last year)
Swim 1 mile in the pool. Dont bother timing myself untill I go to the beach and wearing fins in the summer. Live only 20-40 minutes away from multiple beaches but still not practical to go there untill another month or so.

Its 7am on Thursday March 27th. Last night I couldnt sleep at ALL. I laid in bed from around 11:30pm till probaly 2 then dosed restlessly till about 4...been up since then...As well my left hand has been real stiff since yesterday evening. Im guessin I need to lower my dosage just a bit. In any case Im not injecting at all today. Just gonna eat good and work, then after work going to crash. Also pulled a neck muscle on my left side yesterday when I was working out so that hurts like hell. Looks like a few days rest for me.

I took a shower right after my last post, and about 10 minutes later, true to my scientific nature, I injected about 2.2iu. On the way to work both my hands started feelin even more stiff and the left one has been tingling a bit. Its 11am now and they still feel stiff and a bit numb like after a workout.
Still havent decided if Ill take the second injection later after work or just skip it. Im freaking tired..I do know that.

your symptoms may just be related to the fact that u didnt sleep at all..
whats the point of doing ur hgh 'cycle' if you dont even grow or feel better?

Skipped last nights injection and got a good nights sleep. Injected 2.5 as I usually do this morning around 6:30. Its 10am and I feel fine:-) Not even any hand numbness or anything.

I think HGH is underrated IMO. I ran it for about 3 months last summer @4ius eod. I was also running Test @ a maintenance dose of 250mgs e7th day and Primo E @ 600mgs a week. My hands were going numb alot after the first 2 weeks but nothing unbearable. I did notice the tiredness but it wasnt very bothersome. I definitely was getting stronger and looked great. Unfortunately I went back to my shitty work schedule and just didnt stick with the growth. I think it was def adding a positive aspect to my physique. To each his own I guess. My 2 ccs.

I agree that HGH is probaly underrated. I think that a lot of people who use it are guys that use a lot of other gear and are used to huge gains. From everything Ive been able to research, people like me should see some decent gains over a few months and great shapeup in physique. Im already a pretty cutup guy but Id really like to see my abs. That layer of fat is just irritating. Also adding a few pounds of extra muscle to my chest and arms would be great.

Don't know if you guys saw on Fox News Saturday but the new studies are showing that HGH alone does nothing for strength gain. I will help fat loss and size gain but nothing for strength gain. Found that pretty interesting. You guys say it it underrated...... I find it very overrated. Why would I spend K's of dollars for months to see gains I could see from 8 wks of test/tren? I know HGH stays with you and all that but damn unless you have true money to throw into it then good ole AAS will have to work for me for now!

Think about what you said. It stays with you. Thats worth it IMO. Everytime you cycle off gear most of the size disappears shortly thereafter. My gains seemed to have stuck better from my last run, and I think it has alot to do with the HGH. I'm gonna run it again in about a month after I get my ass back into a routine again. I figure I might as well, I've got a couple kits still in the fridge.
