Default Noobies (like me) Starting on Andriol--Day by Day Journal

NOTICE* Feel free to ask any specific questions you have> Know how hard it is to find hands-on info about andriol from someone starting fresh. Happy to help all I can.

For all those who havent seen my previous post. Im a 27 yr old 5"9',153LB man.

I've always been an athlete. Way back in school I ran track and cross-country. Lifted weights pretty hardcore when I was 19-21(no gear<-(learned this word from forums hehe) whatsoever besides a few creatine cycles).

For about the past 2 years I've trained using the navy seal workout plan (pre-buds one), so Im mostly an endurance person with above average strength,though you cant tell from my size.

Recently I ordered some Andriol and was unable to find out anything from anyone who ever used it personally. Everything I heard or read suggested that it was a waste of time and didnt work. So Im going to chronicle my days of taking it.Im not listing everything I eat,but usually I eat pretty high carb and protein meals since I do run and swim nearly every day. And I include a decent amount of fat to aid in the testocaps absorbtion. Right now its Tuesday evening 7:07 PM where I am so Ill start back from Saturday when I took my first one.

NOTE* all are 40mg caps


Saturday Jan.5th 11:00 AM - Ate a meal and immediatley took 1 cap.After about an hour and a half, I felt a sense of well-being and a bit energetic but nothing huge. Just felt good. Took another that night around 5PM after eating. Felt the same as well as a bit horny. No workout that day at all since I was pretty tired from working so much on Friday and didnt get to sleep much that night either because my wife and I where playing monopoly half the night lol.(we go head to head all the time..haha)


Sunday Jan.6th 11am Took 1 again after eating. Same feeling and noticed I was feeling horny all the time. Turned on very easily. A 2nd one around 7 after dinner. HORNY!! HORNY!! HORNY!! (my wife was extremely pleased with me that night No workout again was with family most of the day....


Monday Jan.7th 9AM after breakfast. Still horny...no other side effects at all except really do feel good within a couple hours of taking 1.(feel good anyways,but a noticable sense of euphoria) Took another at around 4:30 PM after a very late lunch. Finally worked out at about 6PM. First I used dumbells.40lbs each* Yeah Yeah you hardcores laugh your asses off but I doem slow n high reps hehe! Good enough for me:P Did reps of hammer curls,overheads n another like hammer curls except u cross arm over chest when u bring it up. Immediatley ran after that(only about 1.5 miles). Then Immediatley variated sets of situps(25 arms crossed,25 hands behind head back to back),followed with no rest by 20 widespread pushups,no rest 10 forward facing widespread pullups,no rest 7 dips. Rest 2 or 3 mins and repeated 5 more times. Usually will do a LOT more,except the days I run first before doing those types of exercises. (when I run directly before doing them)

Today Tuesday Jan. 8th I upped my dosage to 2 in the morning at 7Am after breakfast. Felt nothing different,but I only slept 4 hours last night so Im pretty tired to feel anything. Worked all day and took a dark brown semi-runny crap haha at lunchtime. After work I ate some fatty snacks about 6:30PM and took 2 more. Right now I dont feel anything noticable but Im really tired. Gonna go for a 1.5 mile jog and may do 50 pullups or so,but thats about it for today.

RECAP* --- Changed my mind cause I was bored and had to wait on wife to come n have dinner. Ended up runnin the 1.5 mile,did 100 pullups 10 each time widespread alternating forward and reverse. 200 situps 50 a set crossedarms and behind head,160 pushups, legs spread hands in underchest,widespread,down by waist alternates. Drank protein mix when I got home and had a huge turkey sandwich and some chips. Will rest tomorrow but still take 2 in morn and 2 in evenin. Write more then.Oh yeah! Im HORNY!! lol these things for sure make you feel that if nothing else.



Wed. Jan.9th----took 2 about 7AM after breakfast and drank some protein. Still feel swollen from last night and that wasnt a huge workout. Got home from work about 6PM,ate somethin and took 2 more weighed myself in shorts and a t-shirt and I am weighing in at 156.4. Thats about 3 pounds heavier than before wearing same a few days ago,but could just be water retention. Ill start weightin myself every morning and night before I eat to log it. Sorry I didnt think of it sooner.
Its about 7:25 now. I plan to go run 2 miles then do a few pullups in the park. For sure going to do some sets with dumbbells when I come back home.Will post up how many later on tonight or tomorrow.

Default Buffin up

Been takin 3 a day at pretty much the same times as i've been listing. MAKE SURE if you take Andriol you take it with food and I recommend drinking milk with it. I seem to be responding well to it. My wife said she can see my muscles bulging more than before and Im up to 156.8lbs. Granted...I have been drinking protein powder twice a day as well..but...I can say with certainty that the Andriol is giving me more libido and makes it a bit more fun to workout:-D

HIGHLY recommend you got yourself a wife/gf/both if you decide to start taking Andriol...this stuff keeps you constantly wanting to shag... Ive had to use extreme self-control the past couple of days simply because I dont want to lose anymore nutrients or energy from that while Im writing this journal..will try to control as long as I can but.....I dont know:-D

Default Went to the Gym

Finally went to the gym for the first time in ages. Suprised myself with how much I can lift. My friend I went with has no idea Im taking Andriol and she told me that I looked bigger than the last time she saw me which was back in August. Im thinking of doubling my dosage from 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening to 6 each time.

If anyone thinks this will most likely cause me to start experiencing side-effects,please do let me know.

In the gym I did 10 reps of bench/chest presses. I had to adjuct the weight around the first couple of reps since its been so long since I worked out. Did situps,and pushups between each machine rep. Also did hammercurls,shoulder presses,pullups and some others I dont know how to say...forgive my lack of knowledge regarding weight-lifting terms...Im just a plain ol pushup pullup dip kinda guy usually

Its Jan.14th 6:46 PM here where I am. Just got home from work awhile ago. Ate n took my 2nd dose of the day (3 caps). Not workin out or runnin at all today. Very tired since I only slept 4 hours last night. Gonna go to the gym and run again tomorrow. Will update:-) Oh yes...just weighted myself naked and says my wieght is now only 155:P Oh well..will keep checkin.

Jan 15th I took 3 in the morn. and 3 in the evenin after work. Went to the gym...Not feelin that Im gettin any larger than I could without...I could see this increase just working out a bit harder and with protein. Seriously thinking about doubling dosage to 6 and 6. Any advice?

Alternatlively should I just give this dosage more time? Its only been a week and 3 days. Any advice is appreciated.

For the past 3 days Ive been taking 4 in the morning and in the evening...nothing special gained that couldnt be gained without Andriol thats for sure.... Starting tomorrow January 19th, Im going to take 6 and 6.

With 4 and 4 Im not even feeling anything except horny all the time.....So far absolutely no testicle shrinkage...no hair loss....no muscle gain like one would expect from "gear"......

Lets see how I fare during the next few days of 6:6..I have enough to take that amount for 3 days only hahaha I just calculated....Is what I will do is stop taking all for now. Ill get some more probaly around late next week and start 6:6 as soon as they arrive for a week or so. Update you all then!! I see I have lots of readers...can I get a comment or 2?

*Sorry for all the misspellings. I usually type these pretty quickly is why.*

Sorry been away so long guys. Been super-busy with work and family so have had no time to post up but now Im back!

Received my new gear and started up again on Jan.21. Decided to take 4 every morning with breakfast 4 with lunch and 4 with dinner.(40mg each geltab)

Ive been on that dosage every single day since the 21st of Jan. Seems the good feelings vary from day to day,but most of the time I can feel a surge when it kicks in and I feel much more aggressive and hype. Strength-wise I can feel a marked improvement with weights as well as with pullups and dips. My weight is now up to 158 with no clothes,which isnt much,but at least I can tell its adding something.

Ive decided to start HGH-Jintropin next month so U can look forward to a journal about that soon:-D

Reap 5lbs in a month with drol is horrible. If your trying to gain some size you need to cut your cardio, get more sleep, increase your calories, and increase your protein to 300. It's simple, eat more, sleep more, and run less. It appears this is your first cycle. You should try running a 10wk test only cycle to get the swing of things. Just my opinion. Save the HGH for down the road as you haven't even begun to reach your normal limits.

Although, with all due respect, you could easily gain 20 pounds by changing your lifting and diet.

Hey guys thx for the comments. I have been hella busy these days so havent posted in over a month.

GigGuns!! I told you Im a rookie and Im not a hardcore weight-lifter like you guys lol Cut me some slack. It was just an experiment to see what Andriol would do.

I finished the cycle of 360 gel tabs total of Andriol awhile back and you can read through the days I posted to see how I progressed regarding the dosage. Through the end I was taking 4 tabs 3 times a day. I didnt gain much at all,and what I did gain I contribute more to all the food I ate and milk I drank!

To ANY NOOBS like me that read this. I HIGHLY reccomend NOT wasting your time or money on Andriol for muscle gain. The muscle and any strength I gained, I could have just as easily gained by doing what all the people who commented told me.

If you are looking for a libido booster, then go for Andriol, other than that its not much good for anything. It gave me a fucking round face and Ive been having to run my ass off and eat a lot less carbs and fats to finally start losing it. I guess thats due to water retention.

In closing Id like to say once again...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANDRIOL!! IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! Tomorrow Im going to pick up my HGH so I will be posting a journal about it.

Cpesloco, thanks tons for your advice bro, but Im not really trying to gain a huge amount of muscle like a pro or anything. I know I could gain a lot more naturally but I work so damn much these days I have to cram my workouts into shorter times. Also dont have as much time to eat perfectly preparing the food myself. Im just gonna experiment around with HGH. Plan to do 2ius of Jintropin a day for the first week 6 days a week and one day off. 1iu in the morning and 1 iu about an hour and a half after lunch. After week 1 plan to take it up to 4ius.

If you guys have any advice about using Jintropin plz let me know. Keep in mind, my aim is to gain about 10-15 more pounds of muscle while still running and swimming a lot. I am not going to lift weights a huge amount but I do tons of situps,pullups,dips,and pushups. I know you guys all like to pack on muscle through lifting weights, I also need to keep my endurance very high for my goals, so just lifting all the time and cutting cardio is out of the question. Im already down to only running about 2 miles every 2 to 3 days. Thats as low as Im going with that.

Also I noticed something about taking some drug for thyroid while on hgh...if I plan to use hgh for only 3-4 months 6 days a week,do I need to look into this? I know I should start another thread,but Im damn tired right now. If anyone wants to let me know I appreciate it much,or if you can just point me to a thread. Anadrol and Andriol are two VERY different steroids.
