For all those who havent seen my previous post. Im a 27 yr old 5"9',153LB man.
I've always been an athlete. Way back in school I ran track and cross-country. Lifted weights pretty hardcore when I was 19-21(no gear<-(learned this word from forums hehe) whatsoever besides a few creatine cycles).
For about the past 2 years I've trained using the navy seal workout plan (pre-buds one), so Im mostly an endurance person with above average strength,though you cant tell from my size.
Recently I ordered some Andriol and was unable to find out anything from anyone who ever used it personally. Everything I heard or read suggested that it was a waste of time and didnt work. So Im going to chronicle my days of taking it.Im not listing everything I eat,but usually I eat pretty high carb and protein meals since I do run and swim nearly every day. And I include a decent amount of fat to aid in the testocaps absorbtion. Right now its Tuesday evening 7:07 PM where I am so Ill start back from Saturday when I took my first one.
NOTE* all are 40mg caps
Saturday Jan.5th 11:00 AM - Ate a meal and immediatley took 1 cap.After about an hour and a half, I felt a sense of well-being and a bit energetic but nothing huge. Just felt good. Took another that night around 5PM after eating. Felt the same as well as a bit horny. No workout that day at all since I was pretty tired from working so much on Friday and didnt get to sleep much that night either because my wife and I where playing monopoly half the night lol.(we go head to head all the time..haha)
Sunday Jan.6th 11am Took 1 again after eating. Same feeling and noticed I was feeling horny all the time. Turned on very easily. A 2nd one around 7 after dinner. HORNY!! HORNY!! HORNY!! (my wife was extremely pleased with me that night

No workout again was with family most of the day....
Monday Jan.7th 9AM after breakfast. Still horny...no other side effects at all except really do feel good within a couple hours of taking 1.(feel good anyways,but a noticable sense of euphoria) Took another at around 4:30 PM after a very late lunch. Finally worked out at about 6PM. First I used dumbells.40lbs each* Yeah Yeah you hardcores laugh your asses off but I doem slow n high reps hehe! Good enough for me:P Did reps of hammer curls,overheads n another like hammer curls except u cross arm over chest when u bring it up. Immediatley ran after that(only about 1.5 miles). Then Immediatley variated sets of situps(25 arms crossed,25 hands behind head back to back),followed with no rest by 20 widespread pushups,no rest 10 forward facing widespread pullups,no rest 7 dips. Rest 2 or 3 mins and repeated 5 more times. Usually will do a LOT more,except the days I run first before doing those types of exercises. (when I run directly before doing them)
Today Tuesday Jan. 8th I upped my dosage to 2 in the morning at 7Am after breakfast. Felt nothing different,but I only slept 4 hours last night so Im pretty tired to feel anything. Worked all day and took a dark brown semi-runny crap haha at lunchtime. After work I ate some fatty snacks about 6:30PM and took 2 more. Right now I dont feel anything noticable but Im really tired. Gonna go for a 1.5 mile jog and may do 50 pullups or so,but thats about it for today.
RECAP* --- Changed my mind cause I was bored and had to wait on wife to come n have dinner. Ended up runnin the 1.5 mile,did 100 pullups 10 each time widespread alternating forward and reverse. 200 situps 50 a set crossedarms and behind head,160 pushups, legs spread hands in underchest,widespread,down by waist alternates. Drank protein mix when I got home and had a huge turkey sandwich and some chips. Will rest tomorrow but still take 2 in morn and 2 in evenin. Write more then.Oh yeah! Im HORNY!! lol these things for sure make you feel that if nothing else.
Wed. Jan.9th----took 2 about 7AM after breakfast and drank some protein. Still feel swollen from last night and that wasnt a huge workout. Got home from work about 6PM,ate somethin and took 2 more weighed myself in shorts and a t-shirt and I am weighing in at 156.4. Thats about 3 pounds heavier than before wearing same a few days ago,but could just be water retention. Ill start weightin myself every morning and night before I eat to log it. Sorry I didnt think of it sooner.
Its about 7:25 now. I plan to go run 2 miles then do a few pullups in the park. For sure going to do some sets with dumbbells when I come back home.Will post up how many later on tonight or tomorrow.
