Default 1st Cycle

Here it goes. I have all my gear ready with all the supplies I need. As this being my first cycle I am going to take the route offered by many veterans. Keeping it light. My goal is to put on some mean (not lean) muscle mass.

Sust 250: week 1 -8, 500mg\week spread out into 2 injections a week
DBOL: week 1-4, 25mg a day spread out 5mg 5 times a day
Nolva: week 1-10

Not sure on what the dosage for the nolva I should run while on the cycle or even run it at all so any help with that would be greatly appreciated. Now I do have clomid and letro but I am racking my brain one which one to use. I think I will save the letro unless the sides from the gear are severe even though I don't think they will be. I am not planning on starting my cycle for another 2 - 3 weeks either as that is the time I can really concentrate on hitting the gym hard.

height: 5'9"
weight: 207lbs
bf: 11 - 14%
chest: 44in
waist: 33in
arms: 16in
thighs: 24in
calves: 15in

I have been hitting the gym for about 3 -4 years now with the last 2 years hitting hit hard. Just can't seem to do anything else in there so this is where I turned. To the darkside.

I forgot to add that I am going to get ready for my next cycle as well. I would like it to be a cutting cycle as I want to get my bf in the single digits. Any help with that would awesome too. I know that is a lot to ask in one thread but I am an overachiever.

Sorry bro.. not sure about the others but I only visit this section once a week or so. Lets see..
Cycle looks good, I don't see any major problems. Just personal opinions, I'd run the Test (sust) for 10 to 12 weeks if you have enough. I would NOT run Nolvadex concurrently throughout the cycle. Bad idea in my opinion. You want it ON HAND during the cycle, where you'll take it only if you start showing signs of gyno (I doubt you will). so if not, you won't take any Nolva until PCT and then during PCT take it for 2-4 weeks or until you feel HPTA has recovered.
You said you want MEAN MASS but I didn't see anything about what your diet will be. That's the most important part bro. Make sure you are eating enough of the right foods and portioning your macros out correctly.
Hit it even HARDER in the gym (but don't overtrain) and keep us posted right here each week in your thread. Good luck!
