Up to 236lbs now. Had to have time off from the gym again though, still having elbow pain. Resting till the end of week and see how i feel then.
still gained 19lbs in 4weeks just want another 14lbs. gona b hard. im impressed so far as out of the 4weeks ive had 2weeks off injured.

i m trying to put my first cycle down on paper start in 2 weeks, hoping..
im benching 205kg for 5
incline bench 160 for4
barbell curls 105kg for 6 reps
military press 140kgs for5 reps
cant to hit gear see how hard i can go.......

Why will it be hard? you put 19lbs on in 4weeks, that's 5lbs a week so you should make it easy....

Toally lost my appetite. am struggling to eat big time and feeling tired all the time aswel. Just relying on weight gain shakes when i cant eat. prefer to get whole meals instead though.
Mite try and get sum vit b12 to boost appetite.
Are there any other supps that can boost appetite

Will post my stats on monday of b4 and after the 4week period of my course along with my weight.
Still finding it hard 4 appetite though. Mite change after ive stopped taking oxys which is on monday, if nt then ill get sum b12.

Great gains thusfar... an AI is an aromatase inhibitor... suppresses estrogen conversion and keeps the bloat down, I would definitely get my hands on some if I were you

Right my stats so far.
Weight 240lbs
Measurements:
Biceps - 17"
Triceps - 16"
Chest 47"
Waist - 36"
Calves - 17.25"
Leg - 28.25"
Forearms - 13.5"
Dissappointed in my arm growth. Its my laggin body part that seems to take for ever to grow.
So far im 4.5wks into my course and ive had 2wks off with injury, so im pleased with results.
Appetitie is on th up a little aswell.
10lbs more to go, wish my luck!

surprissed about your waist size being 36, I seem to remember you being 8% BF, has this changed ?
How is the tricep smaller then your bicep, isn't arm size the total of the two ?
