    I only typically do supersets when I'm working my arms...If I'm feelin' frisky and decide to train my legs (which I don't...too big as it is...I get enough training through running and Spinning), I'll do supersets, too...ext/curl, squat/lunge, press/plie squat...and sometimes with my back workout, I'll throw in a superset or two depending on how busy the gym is...right now, the gym I'm training at isn't really set up right for me to do too many back supersets...equipment is kinda scattered...I miss my old gym...no one looks at me weird back home...okay, well, they do, but not because I'm deadliftin' or actually benching...*sigh*...

    you need to squat...

    the BIG 3
    Squat
    DEAD
    bench
    get on it...lol

    even if you think your legs are too bg...just squat lighter then with more reps...

    and CGBP is ussually done with a normal bench grip...your doing a rev CGBP...which is fine too.
