    Yeah, I've heard that about their BC, but I didn't know it just kinda falls by the wayside afterwards...

    the CG is not set up unit wise like most military branches..most of us work regular shift work (exceptions like me of course who work sliding shifts)..WT standards and physical training is pushed hard...and to come in over wt is a bad thing while in the CG..how ever it still is on the individual..i am actually one of the health and wellness assistance here at my unit..help ppl put together programs and diets and such.

    lol, yea you could be my 1st client..and yellin is not neccassary IMO..only in boot, i am not a loud guy (well atleast thats my story, my wife would say other wise...lol)

    that would be $$$ well spent...IMO your best bet would be dirk as Nutritionist and PB or IA as your lifting PT

    Yeah, that would be a badass combination. I was gonna go with PB for training, but my damn schedule is so screwed up I couldn't give it 100% with the board work and band work on the road.

    I'd prefer having a trainer that would actually be at the gym with me...that way I actually DO it, instead of modifying it in someway...

    ...but I definitely should consider Dirk. He does that, right??

    I did back in MI...I've been lacking moto to do it here because I don't wanna get lost and stranded somewhere...I've mapped out a small path (for now) that I wanna start...problem is...I like to run in the dark...I'd hafta get up at 4 to run and then head to the gym...

    I don't think so...my HR has been up above 200, and I've been fine...but it wasn't 225...
