the CG is not set up unit wise like most military branches..most of us work regular shift work (exceptions like me of course who work sliding shifts)..WT standards and physical training is pushed hard...and to come in over wt is a bad thing while in the CG..how ever it still is on the individual..i am actually one of the health and wellness assistance here at my unit..help ppl put together programs and diets and such.

Yeah, that would be a badass combination. I was gonna go with PB for training, but my damn schedule is so screwed up I couldn't give it 100% with the board work and band work on the road.
