    Squat - 315X10X4

    Seated Calf Raises - 3plates X15X4

    SLDL - 225X10X3

    Hack Squat - 2platesX10X3

    Leg Extentions - 250X10X3

    Seated leg curls - 250X10X1 (felt heavy so...) 200X10X2

    My legs are rubber right now...10 days off. I will probably have trouble with stairs tomorrow.

    Oh...I am also down a few pounds.

    I think so. The 10 days off seem to help a bit. I was struggling on the first set of warmups on squats (135lbs!!) but as I added weight and progressed in my sets it almost got easier. My knees felt balky at first but I think once I worked them and lubed them, they felt better.

    Surprisingly well. I'm surprised no one made a smart ass comment about my knees being lubed. Can't do it now because I called it.

    Does 315x10x4 mean you completed 4 sets of 10 with 315?

    Yes it does...I take a good 3-5 minutes in between sets. Trying lower weights with higher reps on the core excercises for a month or so and then I'll go back to lower volume with higher weights.

    Down about 3 lbs since Sunday...water weight in the beginning. I put on some weight after the fat to fit contest because I was just eating anything and everything.

    Rode a stationary bike last night. The weather is cooler and dryer so I was able to do cardio at home. Didn't get home from work until late but did the cardio whilst watching the Red Sox drop their fifth in a row....fargin losers.

    Today I started on clen again. Shaking pretty good and I am rather talkative. All in all feeling aight.

    the fuck???? that's the most tons of squats rep I have ever seen..that's overtraining..you will not grow..LOLOLOLOLOL!!! damn those numbers just has to hurt your legs. vid would be nice

    It probably took 30-40 minutes to complete...I take a lot of time between sets. When I finished I had trouble squatting 135! Something new I felt like doing and surprisingly enough I am not sore today...tomorrow will be another story.

    Chest and tris tonight and those are embarrasing #'s.
