    Played raquetball so I guess you would call it a cardio session. Sweated my ass of for about an hour. Sucked a lot of wind so I definitely got the heart rate up.

    Raquetballs the shit. I like badminton but there's no where to play around here

    Haven't played badminton in years....raquetball is more manly. I like to play raquetball as a contact sport...hip checking the guy into the wall to make a play.

    Seated Calf Raises - 3 plates X25X3

    Standing Calf Machine - 500(whole stack) X2X10

    SLDL - 225X2X10

    Hack Squat Machine - 4 platesX20X1

    Hip ad/abductors - 130X20X1 each

    Pretty much same routine as last week.

    Thanks Tman...trying to cut right now but maintain strength. Been just doing the same routine and will change it up in a month or so.
