3000 cals when cutting is pretty high. 2200 kcals is just the right number for me, carbs first thing in the morning and immediately after I train and the cravings arent too bad. I'm taking Stimerex ES which has Ephedra and Synephrine in it, knocks my appetite out completely. Keep it up mang!!

yeah i took it down to 2700 from yesterday on. will probobly drop to 2500 from now on though, its just as easy really just make my 2 shakes a little smaller.

2700 is suck, 12.5mg ephedra at lunch time from now on. made a bet with my buddy who is about my bodyfat (10-11) as to who can get leaner in one month. im beating that mother fucker and his philipino genetics.

cardio 6 days a week now. been running the winny for about 5 days now, expect to see it hit hard next week sometime.

went a little over 3000 today. trained legs hard today and i was just starving, but i have to post this cuz i feel guilty. the philipino is still gunning for me.

almost ate till i puked tonight. too much ephedra and coffee (and AS) kept me up till 230. just kept eating oatmeal and stir fry till i got sick.
my buddy just doesnt want to make it a competition.

im so sick of cutting, i might take a couple weeks off.

a couple weeks off turned into 3 monthes of bulking followed by 5 monthes of cutting. Recent results posted in "my cycle forum" along with current cycle
