Well first off here is a bit about me
I am now a beginner some what. lifted on and off for years then injuries for days that sidelined me now i am back at it and want best shape ever for summer .

Goal lose body fat and gain muscle would like to see 6 pack

No i don't want spoon fed hences why i am reading 3j's diet forum however i live way below income so feeding myself will be difficult and fairly routine and CHEAP ..again suggestions open .
