    Feeling the hunger more than usual today. With being on a week off from work I think a lot of it is to do with me not being occupied and paying more attention to my grumbling gut.

    FAST
    1/2 GF50 Bar

    1 scoop whey
    12.5g almonds

    Diet Whey Bar
    Large black Coffee (proper felt the caffeine kick ALOT more than usual, proba due to an empty system)

    FEAST

    200g Broccoli
    180g Steak
    250g Turkey
    100g Brown Rice
    150ml 1% Milk
    1 Scoop Whey

    Woke up this morning at 196lbs still weight loss.

    Gonna tweak the fast meal n try it as 100g cottage cheese 12.5g almonds then with a scoop of whey tomorrow to see if there's any noticeable difference.

    FAST
    100g Cottage Cheese
    12.5g Almonds

    100g Cottage Cheese
    12.5g Almonds
    Large Black Coffee

    1 Scoop Whey

    FEAST
    Chicken,bacon and tomato soup
    Canned Tuna in Spanish sauce with Brown Rice
    Chicken Kebab with veg n garlic
    1 Scoop Whey with 1% fat milk.

    Proper stuffed myself, was 199.5 on the scales before bed. We'll see if any weight loss happens tonight.

    195.5lbs this morning. I'm dropping weight like it's going out of fashion. Dunno if I'm 100% comfortable with the amount coming off in the scale of time it has.

    FAST

    Alt DB Curl 3x8
    BB 21's 2x21

    Lat Pulldowns 3x8 (one final set 21 style)
    Pull ups 4x5

    Shoulder Press 3x8
    Cable raises 3x8

    Blast Training (circuit consisting of 5 exercises for a total of 100 reps)

    Maybe a bit OTT but I've been away from the gym for js under a week so wanted to try hit everything.

    Levels are still good. A lot better than i was expecting, I thought I'd crash during training but didn't to my relief.

    195lbs today. Im assuming the water weight loss seems to be levelling off. Now for the real results to commence.

    Got a Wrestling Show Tonight so let's see if those energy levels stay in fight/flight mode.

    add in some blue berries if u can calorie wise, they r good for antioxidant and other health stuff, very recommended by the author, also bcaa's every meal! will really help keep the muscle up!

    Match went well, in need of serious cardio for the future. Can't wait for feast, not gonna log it cos I'm gonna eat everything in sight.

    196.5lbs weight is up since the Show but it's on a steady decline again. I'm js gonna keep doin what I'm doin.

    It turns out the WD is difficult during social get togethers. It was my daughters 4th birthday today and with that being said this way of eating was never gonna succeed today.

    Safe to say when you follow somthing that works, you notice things ALOT more when you change back. My energy levels are down. I feel tired, bloated and generally uncomfortable. Can't wait to jump back on and get my levels back up.

    198lbs i returned to work don't quite know what's happened since the weeken my weight is on a steady increase. Last week i put away a kfc n still lost weight this week is a different story. Everything seems the same energy is still up still focused only thing that's changed is I feel more bloated.

    ummmm.... rebound effect of sorts due to loosing pretty much water weight i would suppose?

    i miss those energy highs! im going back on the warrior diet! wes sylverias version probably, got to re read the book, along with the original wd! got tons of pages highlighted and gonna do up a major summary on line sometime for people!!

    198lbs again this morning. Last night before feast I was down to 197 maybe summit I'm eating is js not digesting smoothly.
