 Nature of the Beast
So, my first journal here...
my 3rd cycle is on and my stats are still not done, from the last one, but I am in this for the long run and also in the gym over and over.
So, objective:
lean muscle mass
total body conversion; goal 1 years over 20 percent changed.
No side effects!
current Cycle:
Var 10 mg, tren 20 mg
all other cleared, with clen to be added on and off every other two weeks.
new routine brought out of the wood work tomorrow night.
calories are usually less then 1800

I am with a bber that has and is natural. He wants me thrown in jail for 90 days with him, of course me as his biatch. He said: If you let me have(have my way) you without the gear all clean including diet, for 90 days, you'd be very surprised.
I'm like: How about 100 percent, agree, and then don't tell him the gear

as for this morning:
triceps 2@25
cardio 30 minutes
calves 2@25
now the squats and 1 hour hard trainings begin...

I do 200 reps (2 sets of 100) once a week, (calf raises)... I feel that burn for sure, and the next day too..lol
Don't worry, you'll be there in not time, continue with your training, & you'll see
Oooooh, Squats ...today was leg day 4 me too, and I'm feeling right now Fo so !!
