    50% prot 30% fats 20% carbs [mostly pre/post work out

    tools----
    1 and 1/4 bottle maxout
    1 bottle BLADE [fat burner]
    LG science postal PWO
    LG science ASGT/wpi/ground oats pre work out
    intra workout LG science BC/EAA
    1 bottle formadrol 4 caps/day

    work out Rippetoes [sp?] program---
    A/B/A then B/A/B
    where A =squats,deads,rows
    B= squats,bench press military standing press
    also alternating high weight low rep, moderate weight low rep work

    Lift #'s
    bench press 190
    incline bench press 165
    decline bench press 165
    dead 145 [bad back]
    squats 190
    military press 90lb
    rows 60lb
    bicep DB curls 40lbers


    Cardio i fing hate it but ima try and do it run 1 mile PWO

    GOAL---
    183 or so

    It is me, but i was 150 12%BF in it and yes i will try to do squats every workout per the program

    felt like sht leavin the gym,maybe to many stims between the anadraulic state GT and BLADE
