just finished 2 weeks of clen and T3 lost about 2 lbs and can see my abs again. Still a lot of fat around the waist & chest... Got the BF down from 15% to at least 14%, maybe less. I'll test it next week.

Injured my elbow flexors showing off at the jungle gym/ rings at the beach so just doing legs for the next week. Hoping that the test will help me recover quicker.

I like how that cycle looks. I'm gonna run a similar one in th next several months. Just ou t of curiosity why run the test p @ 50mg daily & then switch to eod @ 150? Does this help stabilize blood levels as you're getting it in your system?? Never saw that before

Good question - I'm just experimenting with ED injections 'cause i heard the Test P is painful and the quantity of juice will be less. After 2 days I don't see any problems so i may switch to eod sooner. Also wanted to try a slightly lower dose the first week and see what the tren sweats are all about.

IMO the concentration of the gear is going to have way more of an effect on pain than volume or total mg injected into one site. From my experience, 2mls of Prop 100mg/ml is much less painful than 1ml of Prop 150mg/ml. I think you'll find the same thing.
Also, with regards to the Tren...50mg ED or 100mg EOD is the same dose per week. IMO ED is going to be better for you if you can handle it because it will minimize side effects associated with Tren.
And one last thing Lean... If I'm not mistaken, weren't you pumping out sets of 225 on the bench like no one business not to long ago? If so, has your training style changed or were you taking a break from training?

Hey man - thanks for the comments. Pinning everyday doesn't seem so bad - I have been drawing the test into the syringe and then the tren and doing 1 injection. You see any probs w/ that? So far so good.
About the strength - well that suks - lol - it's true what they say about aging and test production. After my last cycle, even with PCT, my test plummeted to less than 300 so I lost a TON of strength with it. Took me several months to feel okay again and I started a self prescribed TRT of Test E at 125mg/week. My doc was no use at all except to tell me i couldn't see a specialist and that I had low test. Worst of all it isnt covered by insurance! That blows big time. i also have had a few injuries/ sore joints along the way. The deca in the last cycle really did seem to keep the joints happy. So I haven't logged weights for about 3 months but will start up again (after my elbo heals ;-) It's all good tho - I'm fukkin 50 and feel great. I do envy you young studs with natty test in overdrive though...hahahahaha)  Save a copy of this log and read it in 30 years - hahahaha

Had an awesome ab workout on Friday pm and feel it today! Yeah - finally I'm digging down to the sweet spot! The place where I pinned the tren on Friday (Left tricep) is a tiny bit sore too - almost like DOMS but I know it is from the tren Didn't have the same reaction to just the test on Sat.
Overall - i feel great - maybe it's just the "Placebo effect" but I feel like I can feel the test starting to work already.

Going to do this ED for the first week; then cut down to 75 mg/50gm ED i am hoping that my elbow flexors will heal in the next 2 weeks with a little magic juice. My righ one hurts like an sob when i attempt anything like a pull down or bi curl so that limits the upper body work quite a bit. if it doesn't soon heal I may not reach my cycle goal of 18" guns....

Hey guys; so i am up 7 lbs already and haven't even been eating as much as a week ago - plus I have upped my cardio! better living thru chemistry...
Sides so far - lots of pimples coming up on my arms - started the heavy duty anti acne regime last nite. Feeling way more horney, but no morning wood to speak of. Had a few headaches, feeling slightly dizzy, a bit spacey. also REALLY sleepy in the afternoon. a bit of insomnia (wild dreams) no real sweats yet. LOTS of muscle spasms in my legs at night - kind of like that scene in Spiderman...In general feeling good but like I've been hit by a freight train of hormones. LOL The injection spots are hurting now - feels like a big bruise where the pin went in. My left quad (from 2 days ago was VERY tight and a little swollen - plus sore.
Weights are up - I am feeling stronger. Still not doing the upper body.
BB Squats These felt so great on my tight quad - really stretched it out. Went below parallel on 1st 2 sets then to parallel - wrapped knees)

I'm glad you have put on the weight. A lot of it (all of it) is just water but it feels nice to be packing on the lbs.

I had a great leg workout yesterday - really pushed myself and felt it.
Last night I had the misfortune to have a limp biscuit while poking my wife. Don't know if it was talking about her mother before and during, just not in the mood (can't imagine that..) or the tren. i have read that sometimes it can produce performance problems... Hmm so today i upped the test a bit and eliminated the tren, added HCG and proviron. (I would make a shitty chemist - I always change too many variables.) Don't know if I'll get another try tonight... Tomorrow I plan a light tren and 100 test. Other sides: bacne - under control - scrubbing like crazy with acne wash. Then using erythromycin gel. Seems to work. Headaches - still got them in the am but not as bad.

So I've been playing around with different things trying to make this cycle work for me. Had some problems with my willie being limp last week so laid off the tren for a day - then started up 250iu HCG 2 x a wk and proviron 50 mg ed. Also took a 5mg dose of Dostinex. Last cycle I was Mr. Stud with boners ed but this time it's been different. may be prolactin buildup. I am getting some prami in the next week - i'll try that. the dostinex is hella expensive.
The juice is def kicking in tho - I am feeling stronger and stronger at the gym. Major bummer atm is that I still have a torn/stressed tendon in my left elbow so am going REALLY light on any upper body stuff. Which really frustrates me 'cause I am feeling like I could really pound the weights atm. Joints are sore too - mostly knees - maybe that's cause I am doing so much lower body work and going heavier. Hate to be partially incapacitated while on gear (I like to make the most of these cycles and go balls to the wall) but $hit happens...
Other sides - definately sweating like a mofo - altho not so much at night as during the day. My resting heartrate is up to 97 for about 70 2 weeks ago - BP is totally normal. Also having WILD tren dreams, cotton mouth when i sleep and insomnia - all tren side effects. Had to take a nap today 'cause i was so tired (woke up at 4 am)

4 sets or 12 concentrating on the lower range from seated to 45degrees
leg extensions
6 sets worked up to 10 x 150 - felt great really hard for me - hoping to get some mass out of those - my quads need help. Any other suggestions for quads?

That's it! Hope all this juice heals up my elbow fast!

An excellent log again Lean. Sorry to hear about the tendon, that's the only part of lifting heavy I don't like. I really don't like losing flexibility either becaus it limits me from outdoor sports.
Im anxious to hear how you make out with all these ancillaries like Adex, proviron etc.... Im not sure I even know what dostinex is.
Well since you and Milk and everyone else are pretty active on your log and I am letting mine die out to get a fresh start ill update you on my journey with the endo. It's a fucking journey at that bro, beleive me. Last night suscked balls. I went for my MRI and they almost did not want to do it because the Magnetic force is so strong and it could rip the BB out of my leg and hurt the machine they said, lol. BITCH what about my leg, lol. So right before they slid me under into this incubator like machine she tells me well the last guy that had metal in him came out screaming bruised and bloody and it burned the site badly for a week. They tried hard to get me to go and get the BB removed but left it up to me I said F it put me in. Nice huh and I was a little lit thanx to some San Fran grown weed. Needless to say I lost my buzz. I had no idea this MRI was so complex. It took 30 minutes+ and I felt like a POW the whole time. It didn't hurt my leg where the BB is but dude it frwked me out thinking about it and that 30minutes felt like 3 hrs. So I should hear somethi8ng this week if this tumor is benine. I am gettig some wicked headaches and thats the only reason for smokin the herb at this point. I sure can't wait to get cleaned up and back on track, Im like a never ending struggle, lol.

Hey D - thanks for the update - those headaches def suk donkey dicks! - worst pain of my life has been headaches - and that includes smashing my finger with a sledgehammer and my tat! LOL good that u got the MRI - it will give the docs a lot of info for sure. Keep movin forward - you'll get back in the swing in no time - it's all a process. BTW the dostinex is for prolactin buildup. Finally have access to unlimited sex and I get Fina Dick! took like 15 mins to beat off this am - with my fav porno mag! go figure
So today is official cruise/rest day. Sides on Tren/Prop are interesting to say the least. WILD ass dreams at night, my injection sites are all sore like DOMS and I'm bruising like a banana! Feel strong ass hell tho - i really want to go fukkin kill the weights but don't think I want to pay the price for a torn tendon, etc. Still all my lifts are up like 20% Just wish i could do lats & arms (damn tennis elbow!)

Lean most of the time tendons can't heal themselves due to the fact that they have very limited/no blood flow in them. If you stretched it out, they are not like muscles and wont go back to size, you may need a new tendon through surgery?
If I was you I would go to the doctors and have it checked out.

I would cut back on the volume and get the elbow checked out simply for injury sake. You're still kinda new to heavy lifting and you have many years and even more cycles to go. There is ZERO reason to fuck yourself up. I took a couple months off from heavy DLing and Squatting and it's been the best decision of my life so far.

Thanks Barnsy and Milk for the tendon recc's. Don't really know where to go with that. I guess I'll see my lame doc who thinks test levels at 288 are "almost normal" Hope he knows more about tendons.
Decided to do legs today, so I can do them twice this week. i really want to get some size on them. Any suggestions?
tennis elbow stil hurts. Anyone else ever get this? How long does it take? Been like 4 weeks now and I'm getting tired of it. Started doing benGay and also ice packs again. Using aspercream and Epsom salt baths.....

Injections very smooth these days. Doing well pinning in the pecs, tris, quads and glutes. Lats and delts seem to hurt like hell. libido is in the dumper -  added proviron but no real relief. So 3 more weeks of tren, then I'm on to masteron - hope that wakes up Mr. Happy.
Going to get a bf test on Friday.  Still got 2 pounds of butter around my waist - can't seem to shake it. been doing 1 hour of low intensity cardio ea night...
