hey guys haven't posted in a while...
Sunday AM
great workout this morning - sunny & bright outside, gym was uncrowded - everyone has a candy hangover from Halloween! I am feeling strong as a bear - hate that my damn elbow tendon is fukked up! My right bicep was alway 1/2" bigger than my left - now it will be 1" as the left atrophies :-(
Back & Biceps
Lat Pulldowns (wide grip) these didn't feel great - first time in 2 months after injuring my elbow tendon. did 60% of the weight I did 2 months ago.
15x150
15x150
7x150 8 x110
only 3 sets
Bent over Rows did these in the Max Rack (like a smith machine but more movement) assumed 10lbs for the bar
12x60
12x80
12x100
12x100
felt great!
Seated Pulley rows
15xx100
15x110
15x120
8x130 7x130
Hammer curl bar (straight bar felt weird on my elbow)assumed 20lbs for the bar
10x70
12x50
12x60
12x70
Seated DB Curls (alternate)
15x20
15x25
10x25 5x20
7x25 3x20 5x15
Preacher Curls (ez bar)
12 x 60
10x60 2x60
6x60 2x60
6x60 burnt!
Diet was good today
no deviations except that the times were a bit screwed by the time change
45 mins cardio in the afternoon - moderately winded and uber sweaty so i think I hit 130 for 80% of the time!
Tomorrow - rest day so no workout. Think I'll do cardio all the same early in the am.

Are you seeing any sides from the tren ace? Have you noticed any fat loss?

i had a ton of sides from the tren at first but they are mellowing out now. I dropped the tren to 25mg ed and added in 25mg Masteron, still at 100mg testP. I have noticed some fat loss - mostly size - lost an inch around my waist, but more impressive - NO water gain from this cycle - bone dry - no puffiness. So when I am fully clothed, no one has said a thing - way different than the deca test cycle!

Yeah dry gains are so much better all around. I got big on deca/test but I don't think I'd run it again. I can't wait for tren in the spring. What sides did you experience from the tren? Did they worsen when you shot eod so you switched to ed?

Funny thing because the sides really subsided after my body got used to it. I had the tren sweats at night (still get those to a lesser degree) Wild fukkin dreams! acne (this went away)
and Prolly the worst of all - low libido - fina dick. I know that doesn't happen to everyone - and I'm 50 so maybe it's partially my age, but I was expecting to be the stud I was on Test/deca... Not so for me. it's been okay tho - my wife is not really in the mood these days so she's still happy and i just am not putting energy in that direction atm.
About pinning eod vs ed - seems to me that my levels will be more constant ED and on top of that if i pin eod it is twice the quantity of juice with is 1.5 ml ed so 3.0 eod - alot for one site IMO. I like the smaller shots...

Sat Nov 7
Hey dudes;
Sat workouts are always the best - usually lots of sleep the night before and plenty of time to do my thing. My tennis elbow seems to be 90% gone - unfortunately so does a lot of the strength in my lats! I will give it another month and then I'm going to start back in with the WG Pull ups - I am sure i can only do 2 or 3 atm ;-(
BTW I've added in 1 hour cardio a day and 1 ECA stack a day to try to get the BF down. Seems to be working. Abs are starting to show.
Back & Biceps
Lat Pulldowns (wide grip)felt waybetter than last week - no funkiness in my elbows but damn! i'm down to 150 now and 2 months ago I was doing 210...:-( Guess that's what an injury does...
15x150
15x150
15x150
10x150 5 x 150 I did feel these in my lower back - Maybe i should wear a belt?
Bent over Rows with the big barbell
4 sets 12x85 - BRUTAL!
Seated Pulley rows
15x110
15x120
15x120
15x120 - lower back was feeling it again - did them all but REALLY had to concentrate on form 'cause it was not easy. I got sloppy around rep 10
Hammer curl bar assumed 20lbs for the bar
15x60
12x60
8x60 4x60
8x60 7x60
Seated DB Curls (alternate)
15x25
15x25
10x25 5x20
10x25 5x20
Preacher Curls (ez bar)
12 x 50
12x60
6x60 2x60
6x60 burnt toast!
Then just cause i like to flex in the mirror...;-)
cable concentration curls
3 sets 12 x 30
Standing cable curls (just so i could see that my right arm is 1/2" bigger than my left :-(
3 sets 10 x 35 (put 40 on the left arm.... hoping to catch up.
CARDIO
60 mins 10-11 pm watching UFC mma Strikeforce (doesn't get much better than that for cardio!)
120 - 130 BPM
Diet was okay -
8am
1/2 C oatmeal
1 C berries
1scoop protein powder
1/2 slice whole wheat toast w/ 1 T Peanut Butter & 1T sugar free jam (I thot I needed more food for the workout)
11am
shake 1 scoops protein powerd and 2 scoops Vitargo ( I drank 1/2 between Back & biceps)
1 apple
1pm
4oz chicken
1C green beans
1C brn rice
1C chicken Broth (Made soup out of it)
4pm
6oz Tilapia
1 sweet potato
Green beans
7 pm CHEAT!
2 x 2"x3" pieces of homemade lasagna (Low carb Pasta, lots of ground beef and sausage, tomato sauce, cheese)
2C salad
1/2 8" diameter goat cheese pizza
1 x 5" diameter chocolate chip cookie
1/2 Klondie Bar
(So I felt a little sick after snarfing all that in 45 mins - but it was delicious - also gained 2lbs from it! - Sat am 203.4 sun am 205.5)
11pm
1 C cottage cheese w/ strawberries
1 scoop protein powder w/ 1 T PB

Good log bro. I'm going act like MILKMAN and ask you to reign in the volume on the bi's! BTW, I think it's only us older guys who get extra sleep on Fridays. I actually like working out Friday evenings best, because the gym is empty.

hahahaha - okay you made me laugh! and it's the married guys who get a good nights sleep on Saturday too - LOL
The volume on the bis was rediculous - but wtf - it was the first time I did them in 2 months after injuring my elbow. it was mostly an ego workout! hahahahaha

Are diets are almost identical Lean. I eat tons of berries. I just went to the local ginseng farm here last week and bought stright ginseng berry juice, due it's foul tasting to say the least.
I like to see your eating a lot of fish. That and rare game meats I can always feel the protein nice in my chest and arms.
Hey I know you like doing arm work, I was curious you ever superset bi's and tri's? It's a wicked pump and would probably be insaine on tren. Basically pick up a straight bar and do Barbell curls then jump on the bench immediately and hit JM's. The blood flow going back and forth will swell your arms up like a SOB. You probably already tried this and I just wasted time writing, hope not lol. Hope all is well bigman.

Wed Nov 11
Had a GREAT workout this morning! Stoked to see my weight at 203 this morning and I don't feel like it is coming off as muscle. Best part was prolly the veins in my forearms during the workout - i usually see 1 or 2 but today i had about 5-6 popping out - can only assume that this is because the BF is going down!
Also have to give myself a big pat on the back for passing up cupcakes, burgers and pizza at my son's birthday party yesterday!!!! Took my salmon, cauliflower and sweet potato to In 'n Out and ate it with the kids - no big deal!
Thanks to Tad the diet coach....I am doing 1-2 extra sets on every exercise.... not logging miy warmup just working sets! so the intensity is crancked up a bit too.

10x50 5x40

9x50 2x45 4x30
4x50 5x40 6x30
7x55 4x45 4x30
2x55 3x45 10x30

Hahaha - yeah - i'll have to try that on my next ego day! i haven't done it on the tren so it will be a new experience. Today i did chest and tris and the pump was insane - i actually had some serious vascularity going on!

Whats up young man!
Ok wtf Lean ``just 5 exercises``, are you kidding me? Up the intensity(quality) and down the volume(quontaty)!!
You should be doing 20reps at over 220pounds, or working towards it at your weigth.

Hey man - nice to hear from you! how's it going? you still with that new trainer (Powerlifter was he?)
Thanks for the comment - but wtf 220 x 20 reps? what exercise u talkin about?
I'm tring to lean out some - to earn my name "leanbody" hahahaha - i think I'm down to 11% now - still going to do this for another month or so. Don't feel like i'm wasting muscle tho - keeping some size.
Take care, bro!
