Damn beast I was checking out your training sessions and that is beastly be able to do a pull-up a 325lbs. You must have one hell of a big V-back. Your squat #'s are insaine, is mike miller still the champ in squat with 1200?

- tonite was another tech work session. shoulder is a bit banged up so goin to do speed work this week and fuckin move past it. 515 and 585 came close and touched 1b with 605. then went and did a double with 605...could of fuckin done 5 reps with the way the weight was flying...it was damn easy!! i'm gettin a lot better of dropping the weight fast and faster everytime which will help when the phenom gets here.

- tonite i fuckin murdered 855 on squats. went back into my hardcore and was able to get 855 to about 1inch above parallel which in time i can do that with 900. so a 1000 is beyond possible for me considerin 855 was easy. did some reverse hypers and that was it.

-tonite i just put 410 to sleep for 12 reps. this is a PR for me since i did 405 for 12 3-4 months ago. 465 was easy and so were the 2 sets of 2 with 445. did some side laterals with 115s for 3 sets and finished up with machine shoulder press. i wasn't play around tonite. i had this week 5 of the gillespie routine in my head. weighed in at 320 tonite so holdin it steady right now and lean. my motivation tonite was big stan murdering 595 on raw bench and could of doubled it. i think he's goin to kick some ass for sure at his raw meet. now its rest time and deads/back follow on friday.

I dont care what nobody says, those lifts on raw bench are strong in my opinion, especially in the 410. Ur last set was ur strongest after the previous sets, U train with some knowledgable people dont U??

I just run 5x5, sometimes DC. I mainly train for power and definition. I dont do logs about training, Im not going pro and I aint breaking no records, I just do me. I go to shows and meets alot and thats my motiviation honestly. I do alot of roadwork with tractor tires and logging chains for power 3 days a week and train at the gym then and in between. For me personally, I like to see how far the mind and body can go physically, especially while running Jet Fuel.

powerlifting is a little different and so am i. LOL!! my rest between sets would make most people puke. i don't keep track but i don't take many minutes rest on my accy days but on my ME days, i take more. i train 4 days. just started last week to pack on some mass. i really need to take longer rest and less movements and more heavy weight.

- tonite i fuckin scared some people with my rack pulls. i had to use straps because i didn't bring any chalk with me so instead of doin singles, i did doubles. next week i will lower it even more to see what i can do. i did 725 and missed 765, 7inches last week and did 700 and 735 this week lower so it would seem that i need work lockout work. did some high rep shrugs and then back work. i did 3 sets of 6 and next time i will do sets of 10. never did 120s on hammers for 2 sets of 10 which was huge for me. did legs extensions and abs and was done. listening to dope's "i'm back" is now my deadliftin music! its fuckin badass!

--still more tech work this from this past sunday and man i hate leaving ME bench day with a lot of pounds on the bar but shit has to get right and i need to quit bein a fuckin retard and learn how to touch which i did. 625 was no problem...moved faster. tonite did some speed work. wanted to see where my repouts were after speed work. normally, they are 20. tonite after speed work, it was 25. i was stoked! did some db flyes and pec deck. did an old school movement called REVERSE-CLOSE-GRIP shoulder presses. for a lot of powerlifters, they have problems with their palms facing them. funny. 165 was tough with the bar in the webspacing in your hand but it hits solely the front delt. did some light side laterals with 70s and tricep work and was done. worked a fuckin 10hr workday today dealin with assholes and idiots who can care less about what phone they have. seems like monkeys would have a better chance of takin care of phones more than these dumbasses. oh well...
