-12 Week TEST E Cycle-
I am starting a 12 week cycle of TEST E. I have posted pre-cycle info on the general discussion and I have copy and pasted it below.
Day One:
Put first pin in tonight (2.5ml) in the glute. Aspirated, no blood.Took about 3 mins to put it all in, took it slow. Waited another minute then withdrew. Felt good, no soreness. I wanted to pin my quad but I wasn't too sure about that so went with the trusted glute, damn awkward though!
Next pin on Thursday. Going to hit the gym tomorrow after work. Will keep you up to date.

Age: 28
Height: 6ft 4"
Weight: 230
BF: 15%
Training: 12 years
Goals:
Add shape to my size. Looking to add quality lean muscle.
Drop to 8% BF

12week cycle split into 2 weekly shots of 250

Clomid
Letro
Aromasin
HCG (5 vials of 5000iu)500IU EW 2-12
Toremifene Citrate 60mg ED 1-4

Fish Oil
Flax
Glouscamine
Training Program:
Mon: Chest/Back
Wed:Legs/Triceps
Fri:Shoulders
Sat:Biceps
Cardio done on Mon/Wed/Fri @ 20-30mins following workout.
Overview:
I was originally supposed to start this cycle in January but my line of work put a halt to that. Back now and ready to start this Sunday. I want to go ahead and mix my hcg and refrigerate it using slin pins.
Couple of questions:
What are the best times to inject, morning or evening?
Aspiration: A simple flick of the plunger and wait or a little tug?
I only feel comfortable injecting in glute. Ran primo before and the glute was awkward but I feel like its the safest for some reason.
Seems like I have a lot more questions but I will keep the log updated as much as possible.

What's the concentration of the gear??? It looks like you said you shot 2.5ml's, but you want to shoot 250mg bi-weekly. From the looks of it, unless your gear is dosed at 100mg/ml, you took 500mg (200mg/ml), 625mg (250mg/ml), or 750mg (300mg/ml) in one shot today... Are you looking to frontload?

You're kidding right???
If you are looking to take 250mg 2x a week (500mg total), you tell me how many cc's you should be shooting every week. (Hint: 250 x 2 = 500)

Milk Da Sow, sorry for the confusion.I had a total brainfart as you can see!!!!!!I put 2.5ml originally when i should have put 1ml.
250mg first shot.
damn i need some sleep!!

Ok, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Just make sure you stay on track with this cycle and keep logging. IMO it's important to hold yourself accountable and let others point out things you need to improve on/change.

i appreciate your input/help.
sleep not happening right now.
do have a question for you though.earlier today I mixed my HCG.i put it ina 10ml sterile vial mixed with bac water. this is the first time i have used hcg, should the mixture be clear?

woke up this morning and there was no swelling or redness but the area where I injected was somewhat sore, nothing bad, kind of like a muscle group after its been worked in the gym. Hitting the gym later
Picked up some lipid stabil today.

worked out chest and shoulders tonight. obviously not going to feel anything from the test yet but all is well. strength is mediocre right now.

Done 20mins cardio after weights.
Appetite the same as before.

Yup, no worries.... Make sure you use it in a timely fashion (6-8 weeks) and keep it refrigerated. This ensures that the mixture remains potent.

Yea, right after I made the HCG solution I stuck in in the fridge. I will bring it in on
week 2.
As I said before, I wouldnt be feeling the effects of the test yet but sexdrive is up, no complaints from the missus. I was going to do light cardio outside this evening but its storming so I'm feeling fairly energetic and I want to hit the weights again. If I do it will be back , biceps & triceps. I am following a strength building routine split over 4 days with a day of rest inbetweeen. I have been looking at other routines to move onto around week 4 or 5 and the 5x5 program seems to have had a lot of success. I will keep researching.

Day 3
Ended up doing some cardio after the weather cleared up. Will do back, biceps and triceps Wednesday.
*I start my HCG next Monday, curious as to the best AI to run along with it. Letro seems to be potent, perhaps arimidex? I have a few options but if need be I think arimidex will be used first.
*Feel good plus I have a personal day from work tomorrow so I will be ready to hit the gym after a good rest and preparation.
*Looking for tips on injecting in the quad. High and to the side? I am comfortable with the glute but I would like to change up the areas. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have a diet question.
I tend to get acid reflux off and on. I am looking to eliminate sodas from my diet.Now I only drink diet/coke zero etc. Do these effect sugar intake even though they are sugar replacements?? I drink a soda with one or 2 meals a day to get rid of the reflux but I am trying to convert to a zero calorie green tea mix to eliminate carbonated drinks.

I'd go with Arimidex before Letro, but AIFM or Aromasin before Arimidex.

Thanks for the website MDS.
Worked out back and abs tonight. Felt a good pump. Strength was ok.
Taking second shot of 250mg Test E Thursday morning then hitting gym earlier than usual and some light cardio on an elliptical trainer to follow.

Not feeling any sides in relation to gyno, I know its still early but I have read other test e journals and a good few people report itchiness/gyno symptoms. I am constantly on the look out for them.Its on the verge of paranoia!!

Day 5
*2nd shot this morning of 250mg test e.
I choose to inject in my right quad.As I was pushing in the needle(23g/1.5in) my leg had a spasm for a second, I must have hit a nerve. The injection area is not bruised or red or sore as such, just feels like that part of my leg is dead. Hard to describe.
Instead of taking today off I done some work on my weak areas. I done shoulders, hamstrings and calves. Done 300's as my cardio, 3 sets. That went well.
*Overall feeling is good. Not too copncerned about my leg, the injection was smooth except for the spasm, hopefully it will be gtg in a day or two. Biceps/Triceps on Friday and Legs Saturday. Next shot will be Sunday am.

Day 6
Leg is feeling fine today. Must just be the sensitivity of the leg to being pinned.
* I know not to expect results from the gear atraight away but of course I do wonder if the gear is top notch. My friend ran his cycle and had great results with the same gear so that is encouraging. I guess I will know for definite around week3 or 4. I really want to try Geneza on my next cycle!
Hit triceps/biceps and abs tonight.
Triceps:
Close grip bench 12/10/8/6

Biceps:
Barbell Curls 12/10/8/6 overhand and underhand grip

I have not been logging my diet but my appetite has not hit 100% yet, that said I do eat a lot compared to the average appetite. I am taking in a blend of carbs/protein/fat at around 60/30/10.

*Week has gone well. Strength has slightly improved and thats due to placebo effect.Sex drive is up
3rd pin Sunday. 250mg test e.will rotate site to left glute/hit right glute and right quad prior to this. Will also start HCG Sunday. 500 iu
Worked out legs today: Put priority on hams and calves and done quads last.
Hams:
good mornings 12/10/8/6
leg curl 12/10/8
walking lunges 20/20/15
Calves:
calf raise on smith machine 3x10
raises on leg press 40/30/20
seated calf raise 15/12/8

Good job keeping the log going man. Milk gives good advice glad to see he jumped on here.
Man 22 sets of legs is no joke, not counting calves. Anxious to see how your feeling tommorow. Whats your intensity like? I would need a stretcher to leave the gym after that one.
Curious what the guys would say about a little less volume more sets with only hitting one or two compounds per session?

D- what do you think the other guys will say? 22 sets of legs in one day? Like you said, I would need a wheelchair to get out of there. Hopefully it was low intesity, cruse weight.
Scouser5- take a look at the Training section and you will find a thread started by mikea for Dlove. It is a great lift routing. Focuses on High intesity, low volume pl style. Like Dlove said, one or two compounds per session will do just fine. I have been doing it like this for a while now and I can tell you I have never had this much succes lifting then I am having right now with that lifting style. btw, I dont train biceps and they are bigger than ever...go figure.

Day 8
*NO TRAINING*
Sunday wasn't the greatest, a good friend of mine died from sudden death syndrome. 30 years old,fit, just died after complaining of chest pains, couldnt believe it!
3rd injection of 250mg test e. First 3 attempts I drew blood but eventually found a spot on my left glute.
Also had my first inject of HCG 250IU. I was going to run 500iu but seeing as I'm starting it in week 2 then 250iu should be sufficient.
I also started taking an AI. I started with Aromasin 12.5 on Sunday but my AIFM arrived today Monday(very quick delivery, ordered it Saturday) so I will use that from here on out. I only used one pump on the forearm area to see how it is.
Overall general wellness is good except for my knee joint being a bit sore, other than that feel good and eager to hit the gym!
*Fugazee, thanks for that routine, it is definitely something Im going to use, I also like the look of the 5x5 method. I may start with the 5x5 and progress on from there.

Day 9
*Monday June 1st 2009
Started 5x5 routine.
Chest and Back
Chest:
Incline Bench Press
Chest Dips
Back:
Wide Grip pullups
D/bell Rows
Abs:
Cable crunches
Reverse crunches w/10lb d/bell inbetween feet.
The 5x5 routine kicked my ass! I really enjoyed it though, putting up more weight and it was a good workout. Good pump from the 2 trisets.
* The AIFM I applied to myu wrist gave me an allergy type reaction due to the smell. No rash or anthing. It says to apply before bed, I will need to try that tonight.
