Plan with the cardio lean is pretty much just hitting it when I can. Got two days last week in and hoping to get another 2-3 this week. I really dont like doing it after my lifts cause im so spent and with my new 9-5 scheduele I dont go after work. I hear ya on how easy it is to put on a little belly fat. I miss my old place here because it was a nice place for an early morning trail walk/jog. Im more on the main road now temporarily but only a stone throw away from the lake so once this shit weather leaves im thinking about some early morning kayaking. Nothing ever tightens me up better than 30-40min low impact cardio bright and early on an empty stomach.
Must report after just 3 lifts of the new routine and 2 cardio days and slightly better diet, more pro less carbs even my chic noticed Im already tightening up a lot. Middle abs are now comin in somehow and bodyweight yeasterday was down to 265lbs. Im usually all about numbers kinda my nature the whole bigger better thing but man I love losing fat. 250ish ripped is my ultimate goal. Gonna take some time and a lot of kayaking/swimming for that though. This will be interesting to see if I get stronger and lose weight at the same time I hear it's not easy.

The kayaking should be great for leaning you out - the swimming, I dunno - never had any luck w/ that for fat loss. i am doing baoxing a few nights a week so that is like HIIT, so i think no effect on BF. I am adding in low intensity cardio (treadmill walk) for 45-60 mins to try to loose the belly fat.

Well last night I was freakikin stoked to hit the gym for a quick pump on my lunch break today but however I hit the hospital. Sucks balls im so pissed if it wasn't for these painkillers id probably be really pissed, lol. I have a 101 fever and was in pain from head to toe. Im not in pain from the new routine, I have a wicked body flu that has been floating around here. I dunno if im gonna be able to get in the gym tommorow this illness has me so fuckin weak it's unreal, i can barely get out of the car. I tell you everytime I get my shit together at work or in the gym some unexpected bullshit happens to me. To top it off we are on our 8th day of rain with 100% humidity and the remainder of the week their calling for more rain. I was stoked to start benching again PL style it's the only way imo. Tucking the feet back and driving the thighs in the bench along with tucking elbows in as you lower the bar to the upper abdomen really helps increase the weight used on the flat. I remember some time back when I struggled getting 225 up for 6 and then my brother showed me how powerlifters bench I hit 225 for 10 the next week. It takes a little getting used to but when you get it you will never bench BB style.

Well this still really fuckin sucks! I am just watching myself waste away. What we thought was a flu is actually food poisoining.. I dont know if it was from the 6 raw eggs in the blender the morning I got sick or the bloody steak from the night before. I think it's the raw eggs. I usually cook my eggs but was pressed to get in the office two days ago so I blended up a bunch of eggs, oats, milk, superfoods, grapes.
Needless to say I cant eat shit now. Even drinking water rumbles my stomach and within minutes in the shitter. I can only keep down gatorade. This is bullshit!
Im taking this stomach pill called Famotidine it hasn't helped. The immodium doesn't phase this either. Im disgusted all I can think of is jumping on some growth here in a month or so after some intense training and dieting. I have a valid script to hgh, test and nandrolone(ill explain that one later) lets just say it sometimes pays to be over 31. The problem is it's very pricey and money is still tight, but U.S. Pharmaceutical gear makes UG shit look like a joke! Im thinking of saying fuck it to the Dodge Challenger SRT8 and jumping on growth and low dose of test instead, lol. This is after I get well of course and after some serious training.
Also threw all this shit my doc fiqured something out. I tend to complain my size doesn't match my strength. Ive been on 6mg's a day of a med called Klonopin and 50mg of a med called Atenelol, it's a beta blocker. They both drive your energy and strength in the gutter. After consulting with another doc he was shocked I even had the energy to leave the house let alone the gym. I quit the klonopin a week ago and their gettin back today with an alternative to the beta blocker. Now maybe you guys see why I want growth and low dose of test, im a medical mess, lol!

Sux Bor. I had food poisoning about 3 months ago in Vegas. Not sure what I ate but when I got home I was throwing up and shitting water for about 16 hrs. I even threw up so hard I past out and hit my head on the wall in the bathroom. The wife had to wake me up, lol!!! I lost 18lbs in like three days. I dont wish that on anyone, felt like I was going to die!!!

Yo bro - it's so fukkin hard to figure out what all these drugs do to you - especially the ones the doctors push. At least with the gear you have an idea of what it's supposed to look like. I took a whole mess of brain drugs a few years back for migraines and whoa - some of that shit made me a zombie - and added fat too (Okay so it was the food, but the hunger came from the drugs) now I'm on a couple that seem to work pretty good but don't mess too much with my physical being (as far as I can tell)
Major bummer about the stomach thing - I am sure you already heard this 1,00000 times so far, but go for the pasteurized eggs in the belender dude! they have no egg yolks so better for you and no cahance of salmonella. Costco has them in 6 packs - each 2 cups - i usually drink 2 cups a day. much easier than eating that much egg protein. i usually blend them with a little nonfat milk, crushed ice, vanilla and 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder - most awsome! you can even substitue cold coffee for the milk and make a mocha!.

DLove, stay on track brother. As Mike said, it sucks being sick, etc but sometimes shit happens and you gotta deal. Get better and hit it hard.
As for the Dr. prescribed hrt/hgh, I would go with the hrt for now. I think health insurance should pick most of that up and if not, it's not going to kill the wallet too bad. If I'm not mistaken, Lean got 20ml's of Cyp 200mg/ml for like $100... That works out to something like $5/wk if you run 200mg/wk... I'm sure you can swing that.

Today was fuckin sick pressed out 405 for 5 with the 2' board, lol, J/K. Im glad I still have a sense of humor somewhat cause this shit really hasn't gotten much better. I dont have much to log in im sure you dont wanna hear about how I stay within 10 ft of the bathroom. I will say this and dont ban me guys tell me not to say it if I shouldn't but the only thing that worked for some relief yesterday was some mary jane. I hardly ever smoke used to all the time but it interfers with shit but man did it help yesterday, but back to usual today, go fiqure.
The hospital checked my liver kidneys and some other stuff and said all was fine. I dont feel bad I just can't stomach anything. No nausea vomitting just the fucked up stomach. Im not sure if Im gonna go back to the hospital or not ill probably watch my favorite sat night t.v and if im not better go tommorow after i see the madre for mothers day.
To top it off my chic is making fun of me, she laughs and says im all head and getting little, lol. We have an interesting way of dealing with things.
Thanks for the feedback guys and if you no anything else might help that would be great. Last time I had food poisoining it was gone in 2 days but I was throwing up with chills. This time like I said no vomitting just all stomach so i dunno.

Hey dude - i think time is the only healer. I've had food poisoning a bunch of times but salmonella poisoning only once - it was like that I had stomach cramps for like 5 days! and i lost 20 lbs (off a 170lb frame!) only good thing was that my stomach was ripped when i finished - but unfortunately I bulked on cupcakes afterwards! I did drink quite a bit of warm chicken broth w/ parm cheese in it. The salt seemed tomake me feel better and retain some fluid. - I got it from poorly cooked turkey and i couldn't eat fowl for years!
Keep the faith man - you'll get thru it and be back on your feet! (too bad you don't live in my town...1/2 the poplutaion has a 'script for medical MJ - and OMG the quality is amazing!) Good thing I don't have one or I'd spend all my time braiding my hair and eating brownies - ;-)

Dude salt worked like a charm today bro funny you said that. Im feeling so much better after chicken broth and beef broth with baby food all day. Im just gonna eat clean for a while and see if I cant keep my BF down low before next cycle. So maybe this worked out for the best. What a way to lose weight though shit. I had a feeling it was gonna be over soon I was up all night and early morning having the final finale in the bathroom, lol.
Man I dream of living in Cali or CO the herb is amazing I know. We used to grow the same strains from the same seeds. They have different kinds for different ailments it's amazing. The shit is really not bad at all. Aids patients use it with anavar for more food intake. Shit people use it for just about anything. I hear anyone gets the card, you just tell your doc your nervous, lol. What I like is you cant get shit weed either it's all medical grade shit, umm I gotta jump it's driving me nuts again,lol. Dlove is getting married.
We have been engaged for over a yr. now and are finally ready to take the plunge. I proposed in Key West about this time last yr. and we had some financial shit to take care of but were o.k. now so we were planning are wedding for late August, September.
Need your guys help with two things.
1. My next cycle starting in June was gonna be a gram of enanthate and tren-e 400mg week. I dunno this would be a good idea now because I dont want to blow up to much for the wedding, rather stay leaner and harder. The tren is supposed to really harder you up. I was thinking 500mg test-e 14weeks, tren-e 400mg's 10 weeks, run arimidex .5 EOD and HCG 250iu E4th day. Clomid and Nolva for PCT. What do you think?
2. Where would you boys go on a honeymoon? Im just limiting to the states for now or I was thinking Cabo or Baja Mexico? Tijuana is close, lol!

I'd run it this way:
Weeks 1-14: 500mg Test E
Weeks 3-12: 400mg Tren E
Weeks 15-16: 150mg Test P EOD
You'll look sick on this stack. Hard as a rock, strong as an ox, no water retention.

That looks real good. What about the Arimidex or Aromasin and HCG? I was gonna kick it off with the prop at 150 EOD but polishing it off instead sounds good, maybe both ways? What do you think?

Depending on how long it takes for you to feel the effects of the Enanthate, you could kick it off with Prop for a little bit. You could also front load the Enanthate at 1000mg/wk for the first week.
I'd run Aromasin rather than Arimidex. 12.5 to 25mg a day should be more than enough.

Sup 69! Things are better man just had a battle with some nasty stomach flu/food poisoning though. Ill find out how much weight it stripped off when I hit the gym here in a little. Im finally settling down and getting married so hopefully you wont be getting any PM's complaining about the ladies. Im switching my lifting style to that of a more powerlifting routine. Now im not playing ball anymore it will be easier to drive out more weight with more intensity. I took a little break from the boards myself but decided to dump facebook and myspace and now the board here is my only internet chatting so to speak.

Well the past couple days I was able to hold some food in my system therefore had the enegy to finally hit the gym last night. Went alright pretty much just losened up.
Seated machine Chest Press 3 warmup sets 10 reps
Incline DB Press-5 warmups in the 5 rep range I like this more than 10,9,8 etc.. 2 working sets 75lb DB's, I usually use 90's when in the swing so I got some making up to do.
Smith Press to Front 45's each side 10 reps 3 sets
Lat Pulldowns I forget how much weight but form was great I got some nice tips on how to them much more effective if anyone wants to know? I did some reading a ways back from Lee Haney his approach to good form it helps me a lot.
Flat Chest Stretch only got 40 seconds. I kept the DB's up higer and felt an amazing stretch targeted right in the chest. I lowered my elbows previously and this ripped into my shoulders so I like keepin them higher.
Ab Crunch 3x20
Going tonight for a walk threw the park for some cardio action. I met up with my old frined Spanky at the new gym. Im hoping to make him my trainig partner. You guys would like him wide as a mofo house. 5 8 290lbs lats big as hell and veins running threw his legs like ive never seen. He's natural too, theres just some gigantic corn fed good ol boys around here but their all very cool classy etc... So Im stoked about that because going low rep from here on im gonna need a spotter on squats and bench or I wont come close to my max potential.
So hopefully ill be losened up after this week and really give the program a run for the money.

lmao that was dinner last night lean. It helped bigtime. Todays lunch though was at a great local family resteraunt aunt annies. I had homemade meatloaf, potatoe, vegetable beef soup, enormous salad topped off with homemade blueberry pie, lol. That might had been overduing it somewhat. Hey I checked Riu Hotel at Cabo thats where were going on the H-moon for sure. I cant wait man I hear the Marlin bite big down there in September too. Cabo is suppose to be the most top notch fishing in the world. Ill hit you up PM tonight.
