    Wink My prop/tren cycle :)
    this cycle will be
    100mg prop eod
    75mg tren eod

    I will keep you guys informed on my progress! The prop is Z labs and the tren is made from fina.

    HEY BROTHER good now lets get crakn crakkah..prop e.o.d hmmm ok you could do that i pin ed..so i dont blame you...for wanting e.o.d..i would start off using only 50mg of the 75mg just to see how ur body reacts..at least for the first week to see how ur body reacts ya dig...ok keep us and me informed and let the intense training begin

    Thanks Oracle! I done half a cc of each today. I am going to do that for 4 shots then go to 1cc eod.
    week 1 50mg prop eod/ 37mg tren eod
    weeks 2-8 100mg prop eod/ 75mg tren eod

    I will keep everyone informed. I am a little sore where the shot was but no pain at all. The last prop I ran was very painful.

    which way sounds better to yall. (the days I take shots.)
    I know a lot of guys run prop like this
    M,W,F,M,W,F
    And of course some run it ED

    I want to run a true eod cycle
    M,W,F,SUN,TU,TH,SAT,M,W,F,SAT

    you get the picture instead of skipping the weekend shot I think im going to run this cycle like that

    Tren should be injected ED.

    Its nice to see someone whos not going crazy with volume! Just keep it compound and not get overcompulsive and try and hit muscles from every different angle, that with tren and prop you will be very pleased im shure

    Thanks bro. Yeah I keep it basic. All free weights for me. There is no gym around here so I lift at home. I want everyone to keep that in mind. Thanks for the motivation bro.

    Yeah im going to do 50/50 for awile. Then if it goes well I will up the dose of tren to 75mg

    I'd bump the Test before I bumped the Tren... 350mg/wk of Tren Ace is more than sufficient for a first run with the compound

    I am on day 3. Done legs. WOW what a pump. I was very motivated and I had tunnel vision right towards the weight! My legs are so pumped I might not be able to get up from this computer.

    Bri just read on an other thread that your 65, autch! Man im 6`3 and i have had some pretty big issues on maxing out. How long are your arms? Mine are long for my size, which means deadlift is my best lift where as bench sucks. The thing i hate about the most is how much beef you gotta ad to your frame before it starts looking beefy! So respect man!

    Would it in anyway be possible that you started logging your workouts, like what you did, how many sets etc... For me it would make it so much more intresting to read! Theres already so much talk about just roids on this site.

    Yesterday was squats deads and lunges. My lower back and max lifts do not like these lifts!
    squat/ 225/8 275/8 300/5 310/5 325/4
    dead lift/ 135/8 175/8 225/5 290/4
    walking lunges/ 50lb dumbells/5steps each leg 60lb d/5sel then 70lb d/5sel

    I actually like that, unless your going to failure.

    But basic heavy hardcore moves on leg day!!! Thats a lot like i would train, except my back would die from the squat and deads at near maxes, thats why i do one heavy and speed technique the other!
