Had an awsome weekend - 2 great workouts chest on Sat and legs on Sun. Both very simple but balls to the wall for reps and endurance. Diet a little spotty - hard to keep on track on the weekend.

Totally Fu*kin awsome workout!!! So jacked today! I was sore all overe from the weekend workouts - feel like I'm really making some progress. getting lots more comments from people that i look "buff" or have been working out. My belly fat has increased - not a great thing to note but it's still relatively under control. i go for Hydrostatic underwater BF testing in a week.
Weight this past few days 214-217 - varies daily. Tonite i pin test C then not again till Friday - start the dbol up again next week. nipps are doing well - I'll be interested to see what happens when i restart the dbol. Been doing the Adex .5ml ed.

Diet not too good - went for a blood test so started off with a 12 hour fast - then had all kinds of wierd shit - brown rice sushi, grilled salmon, sweet pototo, steak, broccoli, etc. think it didn't add up to 4500Cals. BTW weighed in w/o food this am at 211.

Hey dudes, nasty weekend - woke up on Sat feeling woozie/hung over. i smoked some pot on Fri nite and me & the mrs did the wild thing til early in the am - but whoa - i felt TOTALLY spent. finally hit a wall - muscles and energy STRONG as hell but the joints all be sore now - So i went to the gym, did a coupla sets of incline db presses and took off. my whole body was sore, back, joints, legs, etc. (hope it wasn't the late night cardio - that would be depressing.... Anyways took 2 days off and feelin good again today. Back on the dbol for the next 4 weeks, 2 mo for the test. doing the adex .5 ed. Got plenty of back & shoulder acne now - very annoying.
Took 2 days off - so took off Sat & sun. Feeling pretty good today - had an awsome shoulder workout - delts were screamin! love that feeling of the burn like you can feel the individual muscle fibers.
Diet was rough over the weekend - eating out, not enouf cals - weight down to 212. I am going to lift really hard in the next 2 weeks - hoping to burn some of the fat I gained and build solid muscle - got a BF test scheduled for tomorrow. Yippee - can't wait - altho it's not going to be lean by any means - but nice to have a datum.

Apologies for no posts last week - busy as heck at work. Workouts were good - great infact - feeling strong as a bull.
It's sunday am and today I'm not at the gym! I have decided to take the day off. had a long conversation yesterday w/ a really buff dude about overtraining so i'm going totake a day off here and there. Plus my joints are still sore a bit. i think that my next cycle will incllude deca for all that i've read about it's benefit for sore joints. having said that my glutes and quads (muscles) are totally recovered from thursday's gnarly workout. My one regret about getting serious about lifting later in life is that my joints can't keep up with the muscles, and the one thing I really want to avoid is joit injury. So to all you young bucks - I say "good for u! getting into it early - take care of your joints so you can still lift wen yor MY age! LOL

Did the circuit with te big gys at the gym - 6 exercises - very aerobic little or no rest between sets- veryintense and really got me jacked.
I was ready for more but the trainer who wqas leading the circuit said I would be tearing up muscle if I did more exercises :-( i was a little sorry i didn't go heavier cause I def could have added 20# to everyything.:dumbbells
I think some of that is the dbol - I feel hella strong now - be interesting to see if my strength goes down in a coupla weeks as this shit leavesmy system.
Sides now: I've had a few headaches (don't know if that's a side or it's just me stressing about work and the economy) My acne is fairing up - oily skin - wife has been very nice to scub my back & shoulders. Nuts still tiny; pecker is doing well tho - Tons of libido - just like my 20's hahahaha - put the wood to the ol lady twice in one nite! not bad after2 kids & 14 years! LOL Nipps are doing well - nothing unusual - a little sensitive but not like the beginning. I am definately looking "full" getting lots of comments - even from strangers who didn't know me before...:heelclick2:I am looking forward to the next 5 months and cutting some fat/bloat - can't really see much definition in my triceps for example but that part of my arm is lookin large...
Diet - been much better about that. :food-snac I am getting closer to 4500 cals. Still in my same pants (33) the thighs are getting very tight but not the waist. Not eating much fruit or white flour; almost no sugar. Made an awsome bread pudding the other night - 9 grain bread, splenda,2eggs, eggwhites, vanilla, cinamon, whiskey(only 1T) a few cut up dried aprocots. i didn't do the macros on it, but very low fat - complex carbs & high protein. Getting tired of the brown rice but still going for that and chicken boobs, lean steak.
So 2 more injections of Vitamin T and that's it. PCT coming down the road...

Mon Eve went home for dinner& movie w/ the family. Pinned my test in the right quad. Hit a nerve twice - stil;l freaks me out when i do this! so pulled out changed needles - 3rd time was the charm - little bruise and bleeding. been doing .5 adex and also AIFM to avoid gyno - working well. 50mg d-bol ea day (split into 4) Good sleep but sweaty as hell. maybe 'cause i worked out so late.

Got to sleep in - went to the gym at 9am! what luxury...Nice breakfast of 2C oatmeal; 1C "best of the egg" pasteurized egg whites. i've taken to drinking the egg whites cold and raw - saves lots of time and easier to get down than cooked & fluffy. Fu*kin awsome workouts - My arms were so pumped after the preachers - also starting to get some nice vascularity - in spite of the bulk! Monday's Chest w/o was amazing too - 24 sets in 35 mins - my chest was SOOOO pumped - really felt great - hope i can achieve that after I'm off the dbol too. Legs are slow coming up - I get a glimpse of them in the mirror and think "damn - I could use some more size there!"
Weight this past few days 217. Last test C was Friday - the dbol seems to be giving me these awsome pumps - downside - also getting painful pumps in my lower back w/o even doing deads. I injured it a month ago, but I think this is related to the dbol. Been doing the Adex .5ml ed.

take it easy on the ADex as more of the test clears the system, when are you dropping the D-Bol??... don't want to be killing the Estrogen too much coming into/during PCT

Thanks for checking in! Im planning to keep the dbol up this week & next (weeks 13&14)then drop it and start PCT. I'm still at .5 w/ the adex - maybe i should taper that off - I've no gyno symptoms at all now - nipps are totally back to normal (I actually miss the little bullets- got used to them...LOL) i'm also doing 1 pump of aifm on ea arm a day too - maybe over kill?

i think so, if you have aifm I would stick with that for now... maybe 2 pumps ED
you can use an AI throughout your close, D-Bol is known to have some serious aromatization, so there won't be any harm in keeping it up

Had a great chest/back workout Sat and did legs/shoulders today. Still feeling strong as an ox - my knees are starting to get real sore - maybe I'm puching too much weight - dunno. The test doesn't improve the joints - that's for sure! So i'm being a bit more conservative with my lifts than I'd like. One mo week of dbol only. Bacne is getting worse - must be the dbol - so I went to a tanning place today and will go 2x a week. Hoping that will help clear it up. Nuts are still tiny - looking forward to the PCT. Libido is down considerably w/o the test - that sucks. i think my wife was getting used to it!
So i think I'm at my max for this cycle - 217 almost everyday for a week or so. Def gained some Fat around my waist - don't much like that - but I'm going to try to keep the cals up so I don't loose my gains. I gained 29 lbs in 3 month - not bad for an old dog. Here are a few progress pics - going to take some measurements (when i can find the paper I wrote the "before" down on!)

Tuesday am
Had a great hammie/bi/tri workout yesterday - couldn't believe how pumped I felt. my bi's went from 15 1/2 to 17 on this cycle - that's cold - don't know what the difference is pumped.
After mon workout - got a HUGE headache - started slow and was a fvcker by the end of the day. Don't know if that's related to test withdrawl or just stress but thot I'd jot it down. I took 4 advil at 9pm and did 50 mins of cardio - it went away. i have noticed that i'm a bit moody and glum - def don't have the feeling of "well-being" associated with test. My nuts seem to be shrinking further this week - reminds me of when i went swimming in cold lakes as a boy - SHRINKAGE! I am loking forward to next week and PCT to get this reversed.

Well.... day 2 of Camp clomid. Nolva is my camp counselor so i think I'm in good hands. i warned my wife i might be emotional. She's rented Steel Magnolias, Tearms of Endearment and The Way We Were, plus a big box of kleenex.....LOL - just kidding
So far, so good - I quit the dbol Friday and had a decent Trap, Shrug workout w/ cardio.
Today went in for the usual Circuit with the boys - could REALLY feel that the vitamin T has left the station. I did well and kept up w/ everybody - but I was leading the pack lifting 20% more than the others and today i looked at the heavy weights and thot, "maybe I'll just stick with what everyone else is doing." Plus and most interesting - I've lost the super human recovery which allowed me to workout 7 days a week. My knees are mega sore from Thursday's leg w/o - with Vitamin T or dbol that would be long gong by now. And interestingly - it's more the joints and not the muscles.
I weighed in at 214 today - down from my peak or 217 - still normal - trying to keep my diet low in fat and concentrate on the complex carbs. Going to go out and buy a boatload of fish this weekend and cut back on the beef.
Acne on my back is still bugging me although seems to be diminishing - I started Tanning - Thanks for the suggestion Gringo- been 2 x and will go again today. i am hopeful that will help. Another wierd development - I seem to be Mr. Fungus right now - don't know if this is related but I'm not usually sensitive to it and now i've got jock itch, athletes foot and fungal skin stuff! Whoa! So just spent $50 on various preparations - hope to knock it out myself w/o going to the doc. Had a nice workout - noticed that I didn't get the amazing pump like with the d-bol.

I did that all on purpose to see what i am like 100***37; natty (okay still prolly don't have the test up to full production yet - it's only been a week on PCT.) I'm DOWN to 211 now - so the water is definately leaving the body. Starting to see a bit of definition and my belly seems a little bit flatter - so all that's good.

I find that many times my acne gets worse during PCT and clears up a little when I get about 2 weeks out of PCT...
Also, I would think about cutting down on your volume a little bit. I have always been a big volume guy but have found recently that I don't need anywhere near as much as I thought. PCT is a very fragile time for the body and keeping the same volume as when "on" can be somewhat detrimental to recovery. I would train with less volume but the same intensity and really pump it out hard for those sets.

- been caught up w/ the xmas rush - not doing shopping just trying to get stuff done for work b4 I take off for 10 days. Still got some great workouts in. Feeling good - eating 2500 cals a day now - down to 209 today and feeling good. pants that were tite at the waist fit good again. Found out the "fungus" wasn't - just dry skin so i got some Steriods!!!! from the skin doc. LOL - just a cream - don't think it wil;l; help with muscles Hahahaha too bad! The dry skin rash came up where my weight belt hits me - so it's something i have to watch when i wear it and get sweaty.
Balls still tiny - guess they are enjoying florida sunshine - hoping they come back soon. Libido hit a new low too (my wife is enjoying a little time off....LOL) Hope that comes back so Mr. Happy gets back in gear. Can't really get good wood ATM. Acne is quieting down - got a scrub Panoxl - works great - also tanning seems to help a lot - plus I look so damn healthy! hahahaha - yeah I just gained 20 lbs and got back from Mexico....LOL
I'm posting some new pics. haven't measured everything in a wile but my Bi's went up to 16.75 and down to 16.5. Started around 15.25. Great chest workout yesterday - good energy, stamina, strength etc. Still not as strong as on Vitamin T
